I was nervous about purchasing this since this would be the first vibe of mine that began to head in the "obviously conspicuously shaped" direction. I am definitely not a fan of hugely detailed, veins and throbbing erection, huge girth, hardcore dick-shaped vibrators since I think penises are ugly. It's why I'm queer.

This was the first toy I've looked into that has had "ridges" and I figured it might work for me since I like grinding against things for more friction and clitoral stimulation. The ridges on this are fairly decorative, unfortunately, and don't give TOO much additional stimulation--but I can still feel it occasionally and it's far more pleasant than a straight vibe. It is nice that they are decorative, however, and like I mentioned before not too cock-looking.

One of the other best things is that it's blue! Not pink, not purple, not red, not any pastel mix of those. I was pretty much thrilled to own a vibrator that didn't sparkle or glitter.

It pulsates with a blue light to match the vibration patterns/intensity, which is kind of neat but not exactly a hugely required feature. Generally when stuck down my boy shorts, it just makes it look like I've got a sonic screwdriver coming out of my vag.

Anyway, as a twenty something who is still stuck at home with thin walls, I needed something quiet but still powerful. My older vibe made of a more solid plastic was reaching the jackhammer stage, so the whisper quiet was a huge requirement. This one definitely fits the bill. On the lower settings, it's pretty much silent even above the sheets. I don't believe any of the settings, even the intense ones, register louder than a ceiling fan or air purifier. Out of those six toys I've owned, this is probably quietest of the lot and honestly I can't see needing anything even more quieter to use in the privacy of my own room.

I generally hate the multi-function vibes because I can never find a setting strong enough for me. On this one, however, the third intensity and the final pulse pattern were the best. My biggest complaint is that the light and medium settings are too weak and the other settings are even weaker. Of the seven other patterns, I'd say probably five are light and two are medium. The final pulse pattern is closer to the strongest and may even be stronger, but I generally prefer constant vibrations to patterns. The strong intensity on this one generally gets the job done anyway.

The other very minor issue I have with this vibe is battery life. I know that it is only a one battery, but I have pretty high endurance and I feel like after an hour of using it on the strongest setting, the batteries start to wane. I'm not sure if this is standard, but it generally means I can only get two full sessions out of a battery. Maybe I just need to buy better batteries.

But this vibe DEFINITELY does the job. I'm glad I tested the waters with an "entry level" vibe, but this one? It's great. I'm pretty sure the first time I used it was one of the most intense orgasms I've ever had. I think I used it about three separate times the first day I bought it and had multiple orgasms each time. The G-Spot angle is amazing and I definitely hit it every time and am definitely blessed with female ejaculation and cursed with ever keeping my sheets dry again.

This vibe has been my favorite since I purchased it and I use it very frequently. I hardly ever pull out another vibe and haven't purchased another since. It is pretty durable for my needs and I'm kind of an intense user. Sometimes from the stiffer beginner vibes I bruise, but I have yet to bruise from this one. It seriously feels great and slides pretty easily when wet and I haven't felt the need for lube yet with it. Generally I get off pretty quickly (though sometimes those extended sessions are needed) and it's not too intense for a second or third follow up orgasm, either.

And, I've used it in the tub with no problems. It's definitely pretty strongly waterproofed with a nicely tightened seal.

I do wish it was an inch longer since sometimes I get hand and wrist cramps or my fingers lock up when using it, but I'm not sure if that's because I have short arms and a bad wrist or not. It definitely helped me understand what I needed out of a toy and was totally worth the price.

I'd recommend it to anyone curious and on a budget, hands down.
