Material / Texture

The Butterfly Kiss Platinum vibrator is made with a plastic button where the on/off button is and where batteries are inserted. The rest of the toy is made of TPR, which is smooth and very flexible. This toy does not have any distinct taste or smell. The texture of this vibrator does add a smooth sensation to the probe and the butterfly because its flexible “flies” with every vibration. There is a small plastic chrome piece that separates the plastic from the TPR and above that small heart impressions are made making it ridged, but it is not a part of the vibrator that can be inserted.

Design / Shape / Size

The design of the Butterfly Kiss Platinum vibrator is what makes this dual vibrator so appealing. However, this vibrator did not do much for me g-spot wise. There is a very slight curve to the 3 ¼ inch probe that is able for insertion and the head at the top of the probe didn’t seem to hit me the right way, but it may for some. The butterfly is what did it for me. The butterflies wings and antenna move along with the vibration pattern of your choice. The “tickling” of the butterfly on the clitoris is soft and such a turn on. This toy is not easy to hide, nor is it discreet and for traveling purposes just remove the batteries.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Like I said above the g-spot performance did not cut it for me, but the clitoral stimulation did. The vibrator has 9 speeds which are turned on by the button on the bottom of the vibrator. The lowest continuous vibration is first, then with every click of the button there are multiple vibration speeds and patterns. Choose one you like or filter through them while you play. The controls make this toy easy to use and great for beginners. This vibrator is also waterproof and works well in bed or in the shower. The noise level of the highest vibration could be a little softer, but not as bad as some toys I have heard. The vibrations patters are strong and again work well for clitoral stimulation.

Care and Maintenance

This toy is very easy to care for and to clean. Even though there are 2 different textures to this toy soap and warm water can be used on both. TPR can be slightly porous so I would not share this vibrator without a condom. Silicone or water based lubricates can be used with this vibrator.
