There are no vibration patterns; you can only change the strength of the vibration, which makes sense I suppose because the Satisfyer is intended to imitate oral sex. The button for vibration change and the part that touches "down there" are both made from high-quality silicone, while the body of the toy is a matte feeling plastic.

My first use with this was a solo experience. Since it has parts made from silicone, I used a water-based lube, which is all that should be used with silicone. I read the directions on how to use it and do what it says. I position it over my clit and am a little confused because it doesn't feel that great.
