I initially wanted to press the toy to my clit but that made me very numb and sore it’s best to get into the mood and tease yourself a bit add a little of lube the silicone ring and just place it against your clit with little to no pressure and start on the first setting and just let the you suck you in till you can’t hold it in anymore.
