Upon seeing the size of the box, I was a bit nervous as it was so big!


I'm not new to sexy-time toys by any means, but my experience with clitoral pleasure toys has been limited to traditional vibrators, rabbits (unfortunately a mixed experience for me), clitoral hammers, or vibrators with a curve meant to play with the G spot that I've used for the clit.

My nerves quickly subsided when I opened the box and realized that most of it was plastic packaging, which you can see here. Please note it also came with an instruction booklet which was a pleasant surprise. I will go more into detail over that later in the review

As I'm not familiar with clitoral toys this advanced, I was very eager to try this toy out and see if I could get off with it, and compare it to other ways I get off. A trip to the local gas station to buy AAA batteries (All my other toys I have currently run on AA batteries, so that was all I had) and I was ready to go.

My usual setting is either in the bathtub (if it's a waterproof toy), or my bed, and in both cases, with dimmed lights, a couple scented candles, and music (but let's be honest, I'm sure everyone here can get off without any of that, myself included). For my test run, I chose my bed, in a semi-sitting position. I should mention I used no lubrication with this, as my body generally is able to produce enough on its own.

For a while, I just experimented with finding optimal positions to place the toy, then speed/strength of the vibrations. All in all, it took me roughly 15 minutes of exploration and experimenting before I actually came. When I did, it was very different than what I normally feel with other toys. It's hard to put into words what it felt like, but it didn't feel like traditional oral nor did it feel like an orgasm with a toy - somewhere in the middle was my experience.

Overall I liked my first experience with the Satisfyer 1 to have round two right away.

I've used this toy a total of 6 times over the few days that I've had it, and each time I've managed to get off within two minutes which is a record time for me. The controls on the back of the toy are nice and clicky, and it's very hard to shut the toy off accidentally during play. The toy fits just right in my hand, and I think it's a perfect size for its intended use.

The last time I used it I chose to insert a traditional vibrator on low to use with it and was pleasantly surprised at the ease I had using both at the same time, not to mention the powerful orgasm I experienced from this.

And did I mention this toy is waterproof? Big bonus!

The vibrations of the toy at the outer tip are very mild to me, with it intensifying up the walls of the nozzle. I feel the strongest vibrations closer to the top of it.

If you take off the silicone nozzle and look inside you'll see at the top there is a vibration tool, and it's the area I feel the vibrations are the strongest at.

Vibration marker 3 is placed high up the wall of the nozzle to reflect that the further up you go, the stronger the vibrations get. Marker 1 is for the tip of the toy that will surround your clitoris. Marker 2 is to be about halfway up the nozzle wall.

By far the orgasms I have experienced with this toy have been among the strongest I've ever had. Ever. Hands down. The best way to use this toy is solo, at least at first, because it's easier to learn where you like the toy placed at and how firmly to hold it, so later you can guide your partner without having accidental issues like pain from toy placement or not being able to get off at all.
