I love Kegel balls! I've never used any until just last year. I think having a pair is way better than just doing Kegels. It helps you to get them done. Not to mention you can wear these in for a long period of time. I do know when you first start out though they suggest no longer than 15 minutes until you get used to them.

Doing Kegels help you strengthen pelvic muscles and also can help with problems such as urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor problems. There really are some good benefits to doing these.

The cradle to this is silicone, so if you use lubricant with this set, you'll want to make sure it's water-based lube. The balls are made of glass. Which is great if you want to do any kind of temperature play for some pleasure. Now the middle part of the cradle is very flexible, I had to kind of hold on to that to insert the first half of this. I think the two materials together make for a great set.

Silicone and glass are both hypo-allergenic and non-porous. They are also Phthalates and latex-free.

When I first received these, I thought the size seemed a bit bigger than my 50 shades of grey set, but when I pulled them out, they were practically the same size. The design of these seems good; I just don't care for how flexible the piece in between them is. Other people may enjoy it, though.

I would say with the way these are, they could be used as a beginner. I personally am glad I had gotten my Eden ben wa balls first. This set is 6" long and has a 4" insertable length. The circumference is 3 3/4" with a diameter of 1 1/8".

I have used these quite a few times now. They definitely have a bit of weight to them. The site says they weigh 3 oz as I did not measure these myself. I have been able to see improvement in how long I can have these in, and I have definitely enjoyed using them.

With three I have just used soap and water to clean. You'll want to pull the balls out before cleaning so you can clean them and the cradle really well. I would suggest waiting after drying them off to put the balls back in, just so you can make sure the cradle is fully dry. You could also use your toy cleaner on this to clean it too.

Now I noticed the balls are slightly hard to push out and put back in. I have yet to find an easy way to do all of this; it always takes me a few minutes to get them in and out.

These came in the brown discreet box in the mail. Upon opening the box, these were just in a clear plastic package. There were no instructions with this either.

I also have Eden's glass ben wa balls that fit in this just fine. They are a bit lighter than the clear balls. So if you prefer lighter, these would be a great purchase to switch out in the cradle also. I'll end up just going back and forth with them in there. You could also do 1 of each too.
