Prana vaginal balls by EdenFantasys are perfect for upping your Kegels game! I actually had two doctors suggest doing Kegels to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles because it can actually help with my hip pain.

These vaginal balls are made from tempered glass and feature a body-friendly silicone sleeve. The glass balls are removable from the sleeve for separate use and easy cleaning.

Material Information:
These are made from Borosilicate glass / Silicone. Borosilicate Glass is actually one of my FAVORITE materials because of the feel but also because it has a safety rating of 10.

Experience:
I was a little frightened at first because I thought they looked a little big but I was easily able to get them in using lube. I have worn them while doing my daily chores around the house and also used them while actually doing Kegels to just get that little bit of extra exercise. I was surprised at how after while I don't even notice them and I think these are a great starter kit(even though many people suggest not starting with a weighed set). I really love that this set allows you to remove the glass balls from the silicone sleeve because it really makes for easy cleaning but also allows you to use the balls by themselves.

I am really new to using vaginal balls and while some people use them for pleasure I wanted to try them to up my Kegels game. I suggest using only a water-based lubricant for insertion. They are really easy to wash too, just rinse with soap and water or toy cleaner. Overall I am really impressed with these vaginal balls and I think they are a great price!
