This bullet vibrator is ideal for discreet use by itself, or used with a toy that can hold regularly sized bullet vibrators. The vibrations from the different speeds are plenty on their own for direct clitoral stimulation, but I also love to trail it around other erogenous zones on my body, as well, for heightened sensitivity. For those that are wanting to delve in to the world of vibrators, but don't want to buy one that seems to come out of a sci-fi movie, this is the perfect first-time vibrator. The softest setting is light, and it progresses to the hardest setting -- which can give a surprising wallop.

Though ideal for external contact, the bullet is waterproof so it can be used internally with care and attention. You wouldn't want this baby getting lost!

This vibrator is made of very smooth plastic. There are no rough lines from production, and the only seam is buffered by a smooth rubber ring to help protect the bullet from liquid. Since it is so smooth, this is best for beginners, or for people who do not like rougher or "nubby" sensations. The plastic is odorless and tasteless, so no worries there.

I loved the design of the Iconic Bullet. It was my first experience with a vibrator, and I was very intimidated. The unassuming look and size to this vibrator was great for that. It was perfect to help teach me what sensations I liked, and where I liked them. Since the entire bullet vibrates, I was able to tell whether I liked longer sweeps of sensation -- or pin-pointed vibrations in certain spots. Just larger than an AA battery, it is amazingly easy to hide. I've carried it in my pants pocket to class on accident, just because I forgot it was there!

For a first-timer like me, having only three settings to choose from was a wonderful learning tool. The first setting is the lightest, and it is a pleasant massaging feeling. The highest setting is surprisingly powerful for such a small, battery-powered vibrator. The entire bullet vibrates, but depending on how you hold it, you can direct the vibrations. The settings are changed by a simple button at one end of the Iconic Bullet. It's very easy to push, and it only requires one hand to operate fully. In water/fluid, the bullet performs just as it does outside of it; you just have to make sure that the battery compartment is screwed on tightly, to prevent leaks. Even though it says that it's waterproof, I wouldn't risk keeping it submerged for a long period of time.

The Iconic Bullet wipes clean with warm, soapy water. I've not experienced any residue or stickiness. Since the bullet is made from plastic and rubber, you can use it with either water-based or silicone-based lubricants. It's super simple to care for; you only really need to worry about the batteries. They may be a bit hard to find initially, as they can go by different names with different battery companies.

It was packaged in a simple white and gray box from Jimmyjane. It is small, and it could be easily hidden if you decided to keep the box for storage. An instructional booklet with warnings and details in multiple languages is supplied, as well.

I am currently on my second Iconic Bullet from Jimmyjane. The first one that I received died shortly after I replaced the batteries; it seems that the motor gave out. I made sure to use the right batteries to replace the old ones, and it hadn't been used in water at that point -- so, it wasn't water damage, either. Since I ordered from Jimmyjane, their Customer Service sent me out a replacement for free, no questions asked. It's working beautifully so far. It may be a bit of a toss of the hat for how long it will last, but while it does, it's very nice.
