Quite the letdown
Save your money and buy something better quality that will last much longer! It's not worth the price of replacing over and over.

                                        Not water proof
Expensive batteries

The bullet is functional enough for its intended purpose - which is pretty much strictly clitoral stimulation. It gets the job done and is a good toy for beginners. It's somewhat rigid with a soft plastic outer coating, and is hypo-allergenic, latex free and phthalates free. This is the perfect toy for travel as well as it fits just about anywhere! The biggest downfall is that the toy claims to be waterproof - but it most certainly is not.
The bullet is powered by 3 watch batteries, which at $3-$5 a pop can get rather expensive to replace. The bullet screws apart directly in the middle of the toy to insert said batteries, which probably isn't the best design. I cannot stress this enough - be extremely careful not to get the inside of the bullet even the slightest bit wet! It seems the bullet may have come unscrewed a bit at some point, at least that's the only conclusion I can come to. I only got to use the product 3 or 4 times and it started to act up. I took it apart and cleaned it very well, put it back together and it worked for awhile. It then shorted out and quit for good.
That all being said, when it did work, my entire body shook with pleasure. This is the first toy I used and it was a very good introductory toy. That being said, there are three vibration settings: low, medium, and high. I give the highest setting (my personal favorite) four vrooms. The lowest setting didn't do much for me at all. I give the bullet only two bees. It's not very loud at all.
Overall it's not horrible for a first toy, but it just seems to be a pretty cheaply made product.

Thank you! And agreed, they do have warranties, esp even if bought through Eden you have 60 days to return to them directly for malfunction. It could have been something as simple as a defect in the product due to the amount produced on the assembly line. Thank you! Welcome and thanks for reviewing. I second the mentoring program recommendation and you should definitely look into the warranty, whether through Eden's 60 day option or through Jimmyjane's 1 year warranty. It helps to preserve battery life if you unscrew the halves when you're storing, that way it doesn't drain battery life when not in use! It helps to preserve battery life if you unscrew the halves when you're storing, that way it doesn't drain battery life when not in use!
