Silky, effective delight!

This item is definitely versatile for both solo and partner play...both internal and external! The material looks and feels great, and it's most certainly worth the money.

Pros
Great texture, material, g-spot capabilities, girth for a beginner, packaging, all lube-compatible.
Cons
A little too "pokey;" non-sterilizable; a little loud; could be thicker.

extremely useful review
When this toy first arrived, I was delighted at its packaging! So many sex toys are packaged in those nearly-bombproof plastic packages covered with photos of porn stars... Evolved packages their toys in beautiful little tins that snap shut! I took a quick photo of it...here's what it looks like here. Cute, right?

Upon opening the tin, I found the Silky G nestled in a custom-cut piece of black-velvet-covered foam. The foam protected the toy inside the tin, so it survived bouncing around in my bag for a few days without getting knocked around or damaged! This company gets an A+ for packaging design!

Onto the actual toy! The Silky-G is technically hard plastic, but on the back of the tin it says "non-toxic ABS." A quick google search tells me that ABS is actually "Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene," a very common thermoplastic used to make rigid and lightweight plastic goods. It's even used to make some tattoo inks! I would assume that if it's safe enough to be injected under your skin, it's certainly safe enough to go into your vagina. Some research tells me that Evolved toys are free from phthalates, so the claim that they are non-toxic certainly holds true. I tried running the toy under warm water... the hard plastic holds temperature fairly well! The only downside is that while this material is fairly nonporous, it cannot be completely sterilized. So if you're sharing it, make sure to slap a condom on it! Also, although the curve might be a delight to use anally, do not use this toy in your anus! It has no flange, and thus nothing stopping it from sliding all the way into your rectum. No one wants to make that emergency room visit...

The toy takes 2 AA batteries. Not too hard to find! I popped them in and fired it up! Well, first of all, this toy is kind of loud. I had to muffle it with a blanket. There are three settings, and the third is both the best and the loudest. Not for people with very thin walls.

I had been warming myself up with the Layaspot (as always!) and using this toy in conjunction with it was an absolute treat. As I was already aroused, I found that I needed no lube to slip it in. (Just as a test, I later applied a small dab of silicone lube to the base-it's safe to use with it!) Working my clitoris with the Layaspot and my g-spot with the Silky G, I was able to reach orgasm in less than 5 minutes. Definitely going to the top of the toy box!

Later on, I took it to the shower to test out its waterproof capabilities. Sure enough, the battery compartment seals shut with an o-ring, and I was able to get at the g-spot in the shower as well! What a great toy!

As I detailed in the experience section, this toy is versatile and has many applications.
Experience
This toy can stimulate you in several ways:
1. You can insert it and then push down on the bottom, driving the curved tip up against your g-spot.
2. You can insert it and slip it in and out! The bulges on the shaft will stimulate your vagina in a very pleasant way.
3. You can hold the tip against your clit for some very intense clitoral stimulation.

My personal favorite way to use this? I love to have it used vaginally on me while my partner licks my clit. It's a match made in heaven!
