This toy is great and easy to hide. For beginner, put them in, insert them in a reclining position and then you can rock your pelvis around. You can also, as your muscles get tighter and stronger, walk around with them in. Be sure that your muscles are up to the task because you don't want to be at the store and have them fall out. Using these while doing everyday chores can make doing them more enjoyable. Not only do these little balls help tighten the vaginal walls, but they can strengthen your bladder muscle as well.

These little miracles have been around for a long time. They started out being used during sex to enhance the males sexual experience. Be careful to avoid rough sex with these in because they can bruise the cervix. Also be careful with glass balls as they can chip if they fall out and onto the floor. These are easy to care for and they come in their own little box. You can use any lube you want with them. All you have to use to clean them is soap and water. It's easy!

I have some health problems. One is a type of nerve damage where I have decreased sensation (yep, 'there' too) and the other is that I have some urinary problems. This is why I tried these.
