I first purchased these to help strengthen my vagina muscles, but when I opened the package they were way bigger than I thought. I had a feeling when ordering that I should have chosen a smaller size but I really wanted the weighted option. With this being said, I was also scared of them being counterproductive due to the size, but once I got over the initial insertion felt mild stretching it wasn't a problem. After trying them out I can actually feel them when I do Kegels, and this is very motivating because before I felt like Kegels were pointless. Being able to feel and have results makes me want to do them. To feel the Kegels more I keep them closer to the opening, which also makes it harder to keep them in for a better workout.

At first I only inserted one but then I moved on to using both at same time. I noticed if you put them too close together they make a clank noise, but it's not really noticeable. Originally I thought I would be able to use them everywhere and be able to exercise in secret, but with the weight it makes it hard to do a lot of moving without them falling out. That is not really a problem because I can still do it privately in my bed, and I think after practice I might be able to walk around the house with them. I just think it would be embarrassing to have these plop out in public. I have paired them up with a vibrator to see if it would make a difference, and it definitely was a good idea. The pouch they come in is super cute and easy to store. I have to say that I like that they are metal. There is no strange odor that comes from them, and they are easy to clean. Also, since they are metal they are very cold at first so if you are sensitive to that maybe warm them up in your hands prior to use. After using these for only a week I can already grab on to my partner better. I really liked laying down with them in and rocking my body back and forth, but I have to admit at one point I thought I lost them inside of me.
