I am very happy with the Precious Gem. It is beautifully made and very sleek in design. There are two features that in my opinion are the best. 1) it is very sleek. it will slide almost anywhere given just a little bit of lube. Either yours or store bought and it works well with all lubes. 2) It is waterproof! Which is the best thing for me since I have shorted out my fair share of vibes in the past...lol.


The Gem is great for solo play and really wonderful in the vibration department. It is a soft tender vibration that isn't too harsh on those tenderest of parts. I enjoyed the myriad of sensations I received from this vibe. The best part is that it really isn't that loud at all. I sometimes like to be sneaky and get myself off before my husband comes upstairs, but if he hears me I'm screwed, (literally). It's also great for using with him as well. He really enjoyed watching me get excited over and over with this vibe. Because it is so small he could see everything I was doing, and when I thought I wouldn't be able to take anymore, he proved me wrong.
The bottom of this vibe has a great grip on it that is really handy when things get slick. I only lost my grip on it when I lost my grip...lol.
Cleaning the Precious gem is easy as well because of the plastic casing. Just a little soap and water with a soft rag and you are good to go. The plastic casing being so smooth leaves no room for error for any bacterial surprises later.


I highly recommend this vibe for women (or men) starting out as being a first timer as well as vets. You will not be disappointed with this product. It has been very durable and I am rough on a toy that I really like. The colors it comes in are very stylish and not too flashy. But the gem at the bottom really makes this vibe cute as a button.
