Wonderland Potion....Epic FAIL!

Overall, this drink is not worth your time or money. It may sound great to have sexual energy pent up in a bottle and all you have to do is drink it to become this raging stallion in bed, but it's not reality. At least, it's not this drinks' reality. Try something else and don't give this drink a second glance.

Use

This potion seems to be marketed towards those who need a little extra help in finding that spark in their love life. It isn't geared towards a man or woman, so anyone can use this. I gave it to my hubby at a time when I know he's usually a bit off his game, so we could fully test the potency.

You just swallow the liquid in one or two gulps and you are supposed to feel the effects very quickly. My hubby just threw back his head and drained he whole thing in one big gulp.

Since this product didn't work for my hubby, I really don't know who this would work for. He's had other energy drinks before, so he was familiar with this product before he took it. He's said that those other drinks don't really give him the energy boost that he's looking for, so he rarely uses them anymore. He'll have to add this drink to the list as well, as it did not give him the energy or sexual perk it advertises it does.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

The texture of this drink is just like any other energy drink. The liquid is thin and goes down your throat easily. He said it has the consistency of other energy drinks he's tried in the past.

Since it was easy for him to get it down, it seems this drink is just the right consistency for someone to actually enjoy it. Truth be told, that wasn't the part he didn't like about it. It goes so fast, because it's thin and seemingly not filling. That's rather enjoyable for the vast majority of people. When they get the thought of a health drink, automatically some envision a thick, greenish liquid that would take them quite a while to get down. This company has done a great job in making this liquid marketable.

Taste / Aroma

I was sitting a few feet away from him and once he broke the seal and opened the top, I could smell the fruity flavor of the drink. My hubby said it reminded him of another popular energy drink that he's tried before. The fruity smell took me off guard. I had read the ingredients on the label and thought it would smell more earthy, because of all the herbs it boasted it contained. The fruity smell to me means the drink contains a lot of sugar. I guess they do that in an effort to cover up all those strange ingredients.

Performance

As stated already, this drink was a dud. My hubby took it at night, about two hours before he was to go to bed. He was already starting to feel sleepy. I wanted to give it to him earlier, so the drink would have time to work to its fullest potential, but other things came up and slightly threw off our experiment.

He swallowed the whole thing in one gulp as there is only 2oz. in the whole bottle. You wouldn't think that's enough to do all that it claims to do, and obviously it isn't. I wonder if there was a whole gallon of this stuff, would it work. We'd be able to take an 8oz. glass full of it and maybe then it would do what it claims. Although, with all these strange ingredients, I think that would be very dangerous.

I'd suggest staying clear of this drink for everyone in the future. It's a waste of your money.

Packaging

Wonderland Potion Front

Wonderland Potion Back

The bottle is small, made of plastic and compact, as most energy drinks on the market are. It makes for easy storage and is able to be carried around in small bags and purses. It's very convenient.

The entire bottle is wrapped in a plastic covering that doubles as the label and seal of the product before use. You have to twist the cap and break the seal around the neck before you can drink it. The only parts not covered with the plastic covering are the top and bottom of the bottle.

The picture on the bottle is a bit confusing. There are things at the top that resemble vines and pictures of mushrooms at the bottom. I wonder if there are any mushroom extracts contained in this drink. The picture does not make the drink appear to be something you'd want to ingest.

The ingredients are found on the back, but good luck in realizing what they are. Scientific names for the compounds used will throw any non-scientist off. There are a lot of words I can't pronounce and have no idea what they do. Most of these drinks are the same way. I guess we just opt to trust the makers to give us a product that won't kill us.

One thing that's missing from the back of the bottle is the recommended daily allowance nutrition chart. To find out how many vitamins and carbohydrates are in your drink, you'll have to follow the link on the back of the bottle. The bottle is too small to squeeze all that information on the back as well.

Wonderland Potion Seal

After breaking the seal is broken, there's another protective barrier that you have to get past to enjoy your swallow of dietary, sexual energy drink. There's a rather thick piece of paper glued to the top of the bottle that says, "Sealed for your Protection". I greatly appreciated seeing that and commend the company for following safety guidelines.

Wonderland Potion amount

The amount of the drink is clearly written on the bottom of the bottle. You won't have to figure out just how much of this thing you're getting at one time.

Wonderland Potion Expiration Date

Last, but not least, is the expiration date stamped on the bottom of the bottle. If you buy this in a store, you can easily check the date to make sure the drink contained is not going bad. When you buy online, just make sure you check the bottom before opening the bottle. If it is past its expiration date, you just may be able to get a refund.

Personal comments

I guess we could have looked elsewhere for a great sexually stimulating energy drink. You never know how these things will turn out, unless you try them though. We will definitely think twice, before buying drinks from this company again. The poor performance of this first trial has soured our outlook. We may try other drink touting the same benefits, but we'll definitely look into the reviews and company more in the future, before we purchase.

I think the mushrooms are to remind us about Alice in Wonderland. At least that is my guess. It seems many of the Wonderland packaging has those "toadstools".

ANd too bad the bottle was not made from glass. Could have been reused!
