On top of the rings is the small dolphin head that is designed to stimulate the clitoris. It looks like a dolphin, so if you don't like designs that are animal based, stay away. The vibrator is light and easy to control and doesn't feel awkward with the rest of the ring.

The vibrator that goes within the dolphin's "head" is small, but is pretty versatile. There are 7 different functions to the vibrator. There is one button on the bullet vibe, press it once to turn the vibrator on, and press each time to cycle through the 7 vibration patterns. Pushing it after you've reached the 7th setting will turn the vibrator off. This makes life a little difficult if you need to turn the vibrator off quickly. Here is a breakdown of the patterns:

With 7 settings this should be an awesome bullet. But I've found that maybe they should have had 5 or so patterns and made a more discernible difference in the patterns. The first three patterns are very similar, and I have trouble differentiating between one strength and the other. The staircase pattern is the best, followed by the more intense pulsating pattern. The rest are only so-so for me.

The female can feel the vibrations through the dolphin head, but they are muted. My wife liked the same patterns that I did, but wasn't overly thrilled with them.

You can use this cock ring without the vibrator with no problems. You can also use the bullet on its own, or with another toy as well. So in reality you are getting two toys in one.

With this toy being completely waterproof it is very easy to clean. When we are done using the toy, I remove the bullet vibrator and rinse it with warm soap and water. I also will use an anti-bacterial wipe or toy cleaner as well. We do the same thing for the ring itself. You can use just soap and water to clean this with few problems. We always allow this to dry on the sink in the bathroom when we are done cleaning it and then store it away. The packaging can be used to store this, but I have dropped ours in a small cloth bag that had been used for some of my wife's jewelry in the past.

I really wanted to like this toy, I really did. I've been searching for cock ring like this for awhile, one where you have two rings for a tighter feel.
