Oh Flipper, Why?!
This is a mediocre ring best intended for those who aren't sure what they like or are experimenting. As far as cock rings go, however, it is not very forgiving and the TPR isn't the best for something like this. I suggest skipping it unless you think you can use the bullet on its own as well as with the toy.

The Dolphin Cock ring is a textured cock ring made of TPR. It has separate loops for the shaft and balls, and comes with an awesome removable bullet. This ring is fantastic for her, but may be uncomfortable for him. We needed lots of lube to get it on and off, and it didn't stay in place very well.

Despite the different patterns and somewhat deeper vibrations, the power is still mediocre. Its pinpoint stimulation kind of evens that out, along with the sound: it is very quiet.
