This is a standard cock and ball toy. The smaller inner ring goes around the penis with the dolphin pointing away, and the larger ring goes around the bottom of the balls. There are 20 or so nubs around the base of the cock ring and up the dolphin that massage the vagina area during sex, and the dolphin has a bullet through its head that vibrates the entire fixture. It works great for the wearer and the receiver, both benefiting from the vibrations. It is a great beginner cock ring, keeping him hard and her stimulated. It is great for sex, and because the bullet can be removed, it can be great for solo time as well. The bullet can also be replaced with a different style if you prefer.

This toy is made out of TPR, so it is somewhat porous, and because it is a cock and ball device, sharing is not advisable as you cannot use a condom. It cannot be boiled to clean, so using hot water and soap or a toy cleaner is best. It is compatible with water and silicone lubes. It feels a bit tacky, so it tends to collect hair and dust. But it is very malleable and stretchy so it will fit most anyone and can be moved around on top to hit any point on your partner. It is slightly textured all over. The design works really well. It fits snuggly on an average sized penis but not tight enough to cause discomfort.
