OK, my wife and I have two seperate agendas. She wants to collect all the animal toys. I just want to find the best his/hers toy on the market. Again, I have to thank Dwtim for the idea of getting this one. It is a nice addition to our toy collection. On to the review:

The Dolphin Vibe Cockring, according to the product page, is made by Shaki Toys in China. Upon locating their website, I found no product with the number SK66005 or the name, so I have to believe it's a discontinued item from the manufacturer. It is a major bonus that we ordered this one if they are in limited supply.

The dolphin cockring comes in clear, pink, purple, and blue colors. There should be one to suit anyone's tastes. The design of the ring is to slow blood flow away from the penis to give the man a fuller, harder and longer lasting erection. It also has a second ring which stops the male testicles from entering the body upon ejaculation, providing a very different sensation compared to the norm. This ring also has a dolphins nose to rub the female clitoris and a vibrating bullet, with seven different functions.

This product can be worn for male masturbation, or even on a woman's favorite vibe, but in doing so may make the dolphin a bit lonely. Its best use is for couples funtime.

The ring is made from TPR and the bullet is made from silver painted plastic. Upon receiving this ring, I notices no real smell to it or any of its components. The ring, itself has a rubbery type feel to it. It is softer than a rubber eraser, but offers more resistance to being rubbed. TPR is a combination of rubber and plastic polymers. It is made to get the best of both materials. In this case, soft, durable and extremely stretchy.

The ring has several molding flaws, but none that would degrade its life or performance. There is also a seam that divides the ring set into two halves, but is otherwise unremarkable.

The bullet is a smooth, hard plastic. The only notable features are two grooves, one where the o-ring sits for the battery compartment, and the other, one that was made for the electronics. The button is a standard rubber piece coming out of the battery cover end.

The design of this ring set is of coarse a dolphin, complete with a dorsal fin and two pectoral fins. Between these two features is the hole made to hold the bullet. There are 24 -1/4 of an inch nubbs that line the cock ring's face and the lower part of the dolphin's body for labial stimulation. The hole in the ring for the penis is 5/8 of an inch diameter at rest( It will stretch to 2 inches, the product page lists it as 1 3/4, but for comfort, I would put it around 1 1/2). The hole in the ring for the scrotum is 1 1/2 inches in diameter at rest(over 4 inch stretch). The scrotum ring is about 7/16 of an inch in diameter with a flat spot facing the man. The penis ring is 5/8 by 5/16 of an inch in size with the same flat spot. It does have quite the ability to fight stretching, so beware of that if you have a large girth. There is also the usual slot in the ring to stop constriction of the urethra, allowing a man to ejaculate. The total height of the ring, flat spot to dolphin's nose, is about 2 inches. The total length is about 3 7/8 inches. The one flaw with this design is that the dolphin's beak is at too much of an angle, that teasing the clitoris with it is almost impossible. In my wife's and my experience with this ring is that the bottom of his head is more likely the contacting surface with the clitoris. In fact, the deeper I thrust, the more it pushed the dolphin's beak away. There was no real teasing, as it only offered full contact.

The bullet is 2 1/8 inches long and 3/4 of an inch in diameter. The control button extends 1/16 of an inch out the battery cover side. The button is 5/16 in diameter and made of black rubber. The battery cover opens 3/4 of an inch from the button, and is the closest groove towards the front.

This little bullet boasts seven vibration patterns. The vibrations are quite strong for its size. The noise level I would put on it would be similar to a battery operated shaver. It could be heard under a blanket, but not through even a hollow door. The functions are:

6-Medium fast pulse
7-High

Now, a bit of warning. The vibrations this one puts out may put your hand to sleep if you intend on teasing or using the bullet for an all over body massage. I'm uncertain if I can say that it is the strength of the vibration or its cycle period that makes it that way.

Care and maintenance is pretty simple. The ring can be cleaned with soap and water or even a toy cleaner, if needed. It cannot be boiled to sterilize, so wear a condom if you share. I always recommend not sharing and replace it if you get a new partner. The ring is also compatible with water and silicone based lubes.

The bullet takes three LR44 batteries. The manufacturer provides one set. There is a diagram inside where the batteries go, but make sure not to remove it. Also, make sure the white o-ring is clean and in proper working order before you take this for a swim.

Be sure to remove the batteries before storage. Clean and dry before and after each use and store in a plastic zip-lock or its original packaging.

Remember, you can wear this ring for half an hour with a hour rest inbetween uses. Do not use drugs or alcohol and do not fall asleep! Be careful of pubic hair getting caught in this when you put it on or remove it.

This comes in a clear, premolded plastic container with an insert. On the insert, it states it is waterproof, 7 patterns of vibration, super soft and flexible and also says sex toys bring more erotic pleasure to the world. There is a picture of a nude model on front and back.

It shows a small drawn picture of the battery installation and that's it for instructions. There is also no country or manufacturer listed on the insert. The package does make a great storage place for the ring and its components.

Again, my thanks to Dwtim for this one. It is somewhat similar to other rings I have tried from different manufacturers. I have to say the bullet would have been great for teasing or the full body massage, but it constantly made my hands go numb if I held it too long.

The design was a bit flawed from the start. The beak of the dolphin is a ways out of way to tease my wife's clitoris. That isn't saying she didn't get any benefits from the bullet. It is quite strong, but this one gives all or nothing in regards to that type of stimulation.

I found the ring a bit hard to put on and it seemed a little tight on the little guy. Other than that, it performed as any other ring has to me. It has given the little guy added girth and a feeling of power.

There is not too much I can add on the Dolphin Cock Ring, it is similar to most that we have had experience with. After first seeing it, I did have a momentary dash of hope, the dolphin "nose" which looks more like a beak, seemed to have a sturdier look to it. But alas, it is about the same as the other cockrings we have tried. I honestly believe this is all due to the material that it is made from. The material may at times give the look of being "solid" but it is to pliable or "squishy" to be used in the manner it was originally designed for, at least for the woman.

The Dolphin Cock-Ring did add girth to my husband, but prolonging our encounter was not evident during use. The vibrations were nice throughout, if not a bit on the strong side. All the added nubs or bumps were not able to add any extra sensations, due to the material composition. As my husband said earlier, we did try to use just the bullet for added pleasure, but it will make your fingers numb quite quickly when held. This made it difficult to use it for any clitorial or nipple stimulation when used on its own.

I love that we have added another unique item to our "zoo". This particular cock-ring I would recommend for beginners that would like to venture into a new experience. Keep in mind that the cock-ring will be more beneficial for the person wearing it. The extra texture added to it, just was not able to fulfill any added enhancement.
