The Durex Play Connect is a vibrating cock ring that you use once and throw away. It fits over the penis, but because it is made of hard plastic, I would imagine it doesn't fit over every penis. It is waterproof, which is a nice feature, but it doesn't have any stretch to it, so it can't be used on men of large girth or as a finger vibe. It is very small, so it is easily concealed for traveling, and has a pretty classy box that would work well as a gift. This toy is made for use by a couple, but it can be used during solo play for both sexes. However, it is only made for one use.

The Connect is made of latex, as is the condom that it comes with. It has a plastic extension made for the clitoris that encases a small bullet. The whole ring has kind of a funky smell to it, but it isn't really noticeable unless you hold it up to your nose. Because the latex feels so much like rubber, lubricant is a must with this one. Without lube, sliding it on (even over the condom) would be terribly uncomfortable.

The Connect is about 3 inches long, and just from the look of it, I knew this would never fit on my partner. He is a good 6.5 inches around. Because there is a gap in the back, it will stretch to fit most men, but not men of the size of my partner. The gap, however, is a huge design flaw. One can only imagine the discomfort caused by this, such as pinched skin and pulled hair. It certainly would not fit over both the penis and testicles.

When I tried to put the Connect on my guy, I discovered that it only went about halfway up his shaft, and wouldn't move any further. This would maybe fit most men, but not men of his girth. After that, he wanted it off right away. Sex with the Connect, we could tell, would not be pleasurable for either of us.

This vibrator is a one time use toy. It has one speed, and a small purple button on top where you can turn it on and off. Because it wouldn't work for us during sex, I decided to check it out anyway so I could write a full review. I wondered how long it would last, so I decided to turn it on and just let it go while watching the clock. You can imagine my surprise when I pressed the button--and nothing freaking happened! It didn't even work! I was willing to pay $20 for a one time use toy that didn't even end up working for us, when come to find out it didn't even work! I'm sure that other people have had more success with the Connect, but by this point I was downright furious!

Because this is a throwaway toy, you do not have to clean it. This is probably the only redeeming feature of the toy. You don't have to store it, either. It just goes straight in the trash.

This toy comes in a small, cute plastic box. It is a very good size for the toy, and can be stored easily before use. Because the toy is clear (except for the on button), it would probably be okay even if left out accidentally. It only needs to be stored before use, though, because it is thrown away after one use.

This toy was absolutely a complete waste of money. It smells funky, is way too tight, pulls at the skin, has a weird gap in the back, and can only be used once. Not only that, but mine didn't even work! I was so completely mad that I immediately drove to the Wal-Mart that I had purchased it at (I know, I should have known from the place I bought it that it was a bad investment) and tried to return it. The salesgirl, of course, had to completely embarrass me by quizzing me on why I was returning an already opened sex toy, and then proceeded to take it out of the box, examine it, and call over her manager to repeat the process. It was humiliating, and after I got my money back I sprinted to my car, blushing the whole time.

Our experience with this toy was a completely negative one. It didn't work, had a terrible design, had a HUGE price tag, was not reusable, and just plain made me mad. I hope other people have had more positive experiences with this toy because I like Durex as a company. This toy was just a terrible one, and I can't believe they're actually still selling it.
