Tickle His Pickle - book by Tickle Kitty Press - review by Sweet Blue Baby

A fun easy way to boost your confidence!

Not only is this book educational, but it is actually fun to read. There are cute instructional cartoons that illustrate what Dr Sadie Allison is describing without being vulgar. There are lots of helpful hints to help spice up your sex life and advice to help give you the confidence to try them.
Easy and fun to read. Very helpful for someone new to oral sex and hand jobs.
May not help if you are looking for a very advanced guide.

extremely useful review
When I purchased this book I was excited to try giving my partner a blowjob for the first time, but I was nervous. I talked to my friends, of course, but they weren't entirely helpful. He was my first boyfriend and I had given him hand jobs before, learning what he liked through practice. Practice really does make perfect but I wanted to have some idea what I was doing before I tried this. I knew I wasn't his first and I didn't want to disappoint him, and this book certainly didn't disappoint me.

I'm sure he would have been happy no matter what simply because it was me doing it, but it was about how I felt. It's hard to feel sexy when you have no idea what you are doing and even harder to enjoy it. Tickle His Pickle will help you please your partner, but more importantly it will help you feel confident and allow you to have fun doing it. Sex should be fun, and that includes all parts of sex. Dr. Sadie Allison goes over the male anatomy to help you understand him and why he reacts the way he does (physically at least). She then talks about various techniques and positions for oral sex and hand jobs. The book begins with the basics and works up to more advanced techniques with multiple cartoons to illustrate what she is talking about.

In addition to oral sex and hand jobs there is discussion of anal play. Ways to help you talk about it, things to try if you are interested, and how to do it safely. Safety is a running theme throughout the book. A section is devoted to safe sex in all forms and it is mentioned and referenced in every type of sexual act covered. Dr. Sadie Allison also talks about his grooming, asking him to shave if you’d like that and how to do it in a fun way. If you’ve never tried having him shave I highly suggest it. I certainly prefer it, and it is much more fun to kiss so he’ll probably like it too.
Follow-up commentary
I still enjoy this book. I bought it because I was nervous about giving my man a blow job for the first time and it definitely helped me stop being scared. I was scared that I would disappoint him and it helped me get over my fears and have fun with it. Even now it is a fun read and I enjoy looking at it periodically for things I haven't tried yet.

I've been wanting to get this book, I've been with my partner for almost 2 years now and though I have practiced oral sex on him and he tells me that he enjoys it, I wouldn't mind learning new tricks. He and I are also getting interested in anal play - so I would like to read a little more information as well.

I read on Amazon that is book is great as well for those in a longterm relationship looking to add a little more spice. So the woman can learn a few more tricks to keep her partner revved up. Would you agree with this?

I have the "Ride 'Em Cowgirl" book by Sadie Allison, and I love it because it was and still is helpful to me. I'll look into purchasing this book as well!

    Thank you!
