Fresh, Light, Citrus Scent

Island Hopping is a great scent for those who prefer fresh, fruity scents. It is an oil-based scent, applies very easily, and is portable. Great for those who have the habit of forgetting to spray on perfume before heading out the door. It is meant to be put onto your pulse points, and also works great to scent your hair and help with frizz.

The texture and consistency of this is similar to the lip gloss that comes in little jars. It's not super waxy like some of them, but your finger glides across it easily and you get a small amount of it without much effort. You also do not need a ton of it to apply, and it does not leave your skin feeling oily or greasy. It absorbs in nicely and stays put without leaving any residue. It also works great to scent your hair, and does help a bit with frizz.

The scent of this is hard to pinpoint, but the overpowering scent is of lemons. It is not a really strong scent when you are wearing it, instead its very light and fresh. Not fake lemony scent like a cleaner, but more like fresh lemons. Almost reminds me of lemon meringue pie a bit. The bottom notes to me smell slightly of coconut and lemongrass. When wearing it the lemony scent is the only one I really notice, but other people said they could smell (but not quite name) the other scents under it.

The ingredients in this are: Macadamia Oil, Coconut Oil, Beeswax, Jojoba Oil, Fragrance, Mica.

The scent of this did not last long on me the first few times I used it, which could be due dry winter skin and my body absorbing the oils of it quickly. I tried putting it on all over the place while working out, and found that if I put it in areas where I sweat a bit the scent lasted a very long time.
The fragrance is light, so it is not going to be something strong that you can smell from far away. It also shouldn't bother people who get migraines from strong scents. For those who like stronger fragrances, you may want to layer this with other products of the same scent, and there are several options on Eden Fantasys, such as the Moisturizing Body Souffle, Dry Oil Perfume, Foaming Cleanser and Sugared Body Polish.

The packaging is cute, and is in a travel size container of .51 solid oz. of parfum. Despite being travel size, this container will last you a long time, because you do not need to apply much.Also, because of the small size it fits great in your purse, which is great for me since I often am in such a hurry to get out the door that I forget to spray on one of my other perfumes.
