Smells like summer!

Not Soap Radio's solid parfum is a solid, balm like perfume. It's cream, easy to apply and feels a bit smooth on the skin. It comes 3 scents, this review is of Island Hopping. It is a light perfume and not overpowering or headache causing. When I put it on and smell the aroma it reminds me very much of summer, sand, beaches, frozen fruity drinks and fun times with friends. It's small enough to travel with and I keep it in my purse. It is a great way to add a light refreshing scent to your skin.

The parfum looks much like a pot of lip balm and if left out or someone got into your purse and didn't pay attention they might very well put it on their lips! The parfum is solid in the pot but easy to swirl onto your finger. It feels very creamy, slick, smooth and a little bit greasy but not too bad. It dries well onto the skin and doesn't remain greasy feeling at all. It stays in place where it is applied. It has a medium thickness to it.

The ingredient list is small and "green".
Macadamia Oil, Cocouut Oil, Beeswax, Jojoba Oil, Fragrance, Mica.

The parfum scent I chose was Island Hopping. It is a light scent, a bit citrusy/fruity and hints of coconut are most noticeable with this scent. The manufacturers website describes this scents as "coconut, lemongrass, hint of vanilla, bit of musk, verbena." I think the coconut and vanilla are most prominent in the scent. I love this scent but I wish it was stronger, I'm going to try the spray to see if it is stronger that way. The scent isn't strong and overpowering and as someone that is sensitive to smell and gets headaches from certain scents, this one didn't bother me at all. It is very pleasant and refreshing. I love scents like this because it reminds me of summertime, lounging poolside, napping on a beach, fruity frozen drinks and fun times with friends.

The solid parfum is not an all day lasting scent which is great that it is portable so that you can re-apply it throughout the day as needed. After having it on for awhile you won't notice the scent like with other perfumes/body mists but other people will catch a subtle pina-colada scent when near them.
It will wash off easily with soap water.
I just love the light, up-lifting, fun scent of Island Hopping. It just smells so refreshing.
It stays on your skin and isn't oily, it feels slightly greasy at first but that goes away quickly.

I love the little container/pot it comes in. It has any easy to twist off twist cap. The label is cute and fun, it has pictures of waves, fish, a seahorse and seashells; very summery! The pot is .51 fl oz.
