I'm Not In Love, But It Is Still Good And Clean

As far as massage aids go, this one didn't blow me out of the water. But I think that in a different scent, it'd be really nice, and at the very least, it makes an awesome moisturizer for those of you with really dry skin.

extremely useful review
This candle is pretty versatile, but not the most versatile out there. It boasts having the ability to be an aromatic mood setter, good for a hot oil massage, or good for erotic wax play, since the wax only heats up to 101 degrees Fahrenheit.

It comes in a nice little tin that really isn't very risque at all. The lid does say "good clean love" and so does the front of the tin, but it's still not that bad, and if you don't like it, you can easily remove the labels as well.

There are a few different scents listed: Origins, Caribbean Rose, and Indian Spice. I got the origins, and I'm not very impressed. It doesn't really seem to have much of a scent at all. It's very light at best, and you have to darn near snort the candle to smell it at all. When you can smell it, well, it's hard to describe. I keep thinking of the Vicks Vapor rub when I smell it, kind of eucalyptus-y. After it's been applied to the skin, you have to get pretty close to smell it.

It claims to have a burn time of up to 40 hours, and if you're just burning it for the scent, that'll hold up. If you're actually using it, you won't get as long out of it.

As for how it works, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything up to this point had failed to wow me at all, but it works pretty well for massages. It has the qualities of a nice oil in its melted form, but it doesn't feel very oily. For massages, it's not going to last more than 5 or 10 minutes or so without having to be reapplied, but it shouldn't leave anybody feeling overly greasy or slimy. As a moisturizer however, it excels nicely. Since it sinks into the skin pretty quickly and doesn't leave a greasy residue, I'd recommend it for those who have dry skin to use as an all over moisturizer.

The ingredients in this candle are: soybean oil, coconut oil, hemp oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, apricot oil, vitamin E, and an exotic blend of essential oils. It's completely natural, and safe to ingest if you happen to be a nail biter (like me) and can't get it all out from under your nails after you give a massage. It doesn't even taste all that bad. Nothing yummy by any means, but nothing that's going to make you regret having bitten your nail at that moment.
Experience
All in all, I think this is a pretty decent buy. If you like the eucalyptus scents, I'd suggest the Origins scent. But otherwise I'd suggest trying a different scent first. Either way, I don't think you'll regret buying it.
Follow-up commentary
I admit that I don't use this much anymore as a moisturizer because I've managed to amass such a plethora of oils and the like, but I do still like burning it. The scent has grown on me a bit, and through acquiring some other Good Clean Love products, I have a much better idea of what scent I would purchase again in the future. It gets used mostly as just a candle to burn, and I'd say the 40 hour burn time is fairly accurate. Maybe not quite that much, but you should be able to get it close at the very least. Mine's a little under halfway and I've burned it a fair bit. I may not go out of my way for another one, but I certainly wouldn't turn it down either.

Ergh I don't think I'd like a candle who's origins are metholatum! These sound good for moisturizing.

Lol, you're welcome. It's weird because it doesn't smell like that to me now. Now it smells almost like black tea. I have no logical explanation.
