Body butter - edible body butter discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by Sera26

This body butter is intended to be put on and then licked from your lover's body. According to the packaging this body cream includes skin softening moisturizers. So I suppose that they are recommending that you can just rub in whatever is left on your lover like you would with a lotion.

This chocolate flavored body butter has about a medium thickness. It's not runny, but creamy. However I tend to make a mess with it. It does have a greasy feel that neither my partner nor I enjoy after sex so I always clean whatever is left on us off with a wipe or wet towel. Then we usually have to bathe as well. I apply this by dipping my finger into the tub. Due to the thicker texture you couldn't really pour it.

It has a pleasant fragrance. It reminds me of chocolate ice cream. However the flavor is another matter. It reminds me of a chocolate pudding cup if it were watered down and made of an artificial sweetener that left a bad aftertaste.

Despite having a perfectly delicious caramel ice cream topping in my fridge that I've often used to lick off of my man I still become tempted when I see edible body treats on EF. The packaging and affordable price of this item really caught my eye. I went with chocolate because I'm a fan of chocolate and figured that it would be hard for a company to screw that flavor up.

When I first received this I tore it out of the packaging because I was so excited to use it. I always have both my man and myself taste something before we use it during foreplay. When I had him taste this he screwed up his face and said "gross". I tasted it and thought that it was just okay.

When I applied this to some of my man's erogenous zones such as his nipples and neck he said that it felt cool to his skin, which he found sexy. He really didn't want to taste it again though. While we were fooling around it got on my breasts and he wouldn't even lick it off and he loves my breasts.

I find this body butter to be very messy and have gotten it on bedding. Plus I'm not fond of the smell or the feeling of the residue that is left on my body. We always have to wash whatever is leftover off of us immediately after using it.

-If you are allergic to any of these then I suggest steering clear of this body butter. Both my fiance and I have sensitive skin and it did not irritate either of us. However we didn't leave it on long either .

The Doc Johnson Body Butter in Chocolate Sundae comes in a very cute cardboard packaging that is slightly bigger than the four ounce tub of cream. The packaging is sexy but also makes you think of ice cream. So I don't find it to be overly sexual. The back of the packaging features Doc Johnson's links to their twitter, Facebook and Myspace pages as well as an enticing description of the product.

Once you get to the tub inside you will find a listings of ingredients as well as the listed flavor. Plus it lists 24M, which means that this should be safe to ingest for up to 24 months after you've opened it. The bottom of the tub also features an expiration date.

The packaging is so cute that I think this would look great in a bachelorette gift basket.

Probably my favorite part of using it is seeing my man's expression when he feels it on his skin. Last time that I used it I put a blindfold on him first so he didn't expect it.
