Shine on lip gloss - lip gloss discontinued by Bella Il Fiore - review by Angel Baby

This is just an ordinary lip gloss. It isn’t a plumper or an aphrodisiac. When I put it on it reminded me of the gloss the models wear. It’s very smooth looking and makes your lips look wet. I bought the hot pink color and it was very sheer with a very pale pink tint to it. This gloss is sold in six colors; Hot pink, Pearl pink, pink, nude, blush and red. This gloss is made by Bella Il Fiore. It’s a thick gloss and doesn’t run all over my lips and actually sits there for quite some time compared to other glosses. That being said it is a gloss and doesn’t last forever so I would say this lasts an hour without reapplication. It lasts even longer with a balm under it. I love this because it’s a pretty girly natural look. I like wearing this with just balm underneath and no lipstick. With a balm and this gloss you can go for a girly, fun, light look. It feels slick and smooth when you put it on your lips. It isn’t sticky feeling and won’t run over your lip line. However it does feel sticky if you get it anywhere else like your hands. But on your lips where it belongs it doesn’t feel sticky. This isn’t really a moisturizing lip gloss so if you’re looking for moisture then look elsewhere. It’s great as a gloss for looks though. If you want a light and sexy look this is for you. Also it looks like it sparkles. This has an extremely light scent to it. It has no taste though. This would be great as a stocking stuffer!

If you want a thick gloss then this is for you! It’s thick and doesn’t run all over your lips! You put this on your lips and it stays there. It’s a gloss that doesn’t feel sticky unless you get it on your hands. It does feel sticky on your hands though; just not your lips oddly. This stuff is thick so it just sits there on your lips and has a “heavy” feel to it. It feels very smooth and slick on your lips aside from that. The gloss comes right out of the tube very easily and you don’t have to squeeze the tube hard at all.

There’s no taste to this gloss at all. At first I thought there was no smell but there is. There’s a very, very light scent to it and I think it’s the sweet almond oil in it. If you’re allergic to almonds I guess this wouldn’t be good for you to use. The smell is extremely light and if you have a cold or are having sinus problems then I don’t think you would even smell it. I can’t describe the smell really all I’m doing is guessing what it is because it’s so light. It doesn’t stink though but it kind of reminds me of a very light vanilla smell.

As a gloss this lasted an hour all by itself without lipstick or balm. With a balm it lasted a couple hours. So this is a great gloss. It doesn’t moisturize since it is a gloss. It absorbs slowly over an hour. It absorbs even slower with a balm as your base coat. You dont need to wash it off because it will absorb. However If you want to take this off your lips then you can simply rub it off with a napkin or use soap and water and wash it off. It’s easy clean up. I love the way this looks on my lips; it’s girly and light. It’s great if I’m going for a natural look for the day or if I want to be bolder and put it over a dark lip stick then it works great for that too. Whatever you wear as a base this adds shine and sparkle to it. It’s great alone or over lipstick. I have no complaints about this gloss. Also you don’t have to put gobs of it on. A little goes a long way so don’t go over board because then you’ll just be wasting it. I would recommend my lovely new gloss to anyone!

This gloss is sent to you in a plastic tube inside of a small pink and brown cardboard box. According to the box it is also paraben free. Yay! The plastic tube the actual gloss is in is see through with the name of the gloss brand on it in a gold color. It’s a pretty tube. The packaging is discreet but it is just a tube of gloss so it should be. The tube doesn't leak and isn’t messy at all. The lid seals tightly. I carried this in my purse and it didn’t leak at all. The gloss comes very easily out of the tube too. Also its a 0.8 ounce tube.

This gloss isn’t warming or tingling and it isn’t an aphrodisiac. It isn’t a plumper either. Here are the ingredients if you’re interested. Remember its paraben free too!
