Simply Scentuous...

This sweet smelling perfume is for external use only on clean dry skin. Dona recommends dabbing a little on at your pulse points for the best effect. Goes on smoothly and the perfume residue evaporates after a few seconds leaving behind the wonderful smell.

Ingredients:
Purified Water, Ethyl Alcohol, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, PPG-26 Buteth-26, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Androstenone, Estratertaenol, Androsterone 3-Beta, Androstadienone, Copulins, Fragrance.


Ethyl Alcohol-alcohol commonly found in alcoholic beverages (spirits), antiseptics and thermometers.

Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer- Acts as a gelling agent for aqueous solutions.

PPG-26 Buteth-26- An alcohol-based conditioning agent and surfactant.

Hydrogenated Castor Oil- An emulsifier and fragrance ingredient.

Androstenone- pheromone found in both men and women,helps you be the center of attention and be more noticed. Androstenone has also been known to cause people to act more respectfully and polite to the wearer.

Estratertaenol- related to estrogen, creates an aura of uniquely feminine sensual appeal, of ultra-femininity, and encourages people to treat you with gentle kindness. It is produced naturally by child-bearing women, has a calming effect on both men and women.

Androsterone 3-Beta and Androstadienone- pheromones

Copulins- female hormone, each female's copulins will affect men differently.

Although this is listed as a gel perfume, it glides on in a thin liquid. It is cloudy in color, almost a 2% milk color in the bottle. It doesn't run when you put it on and it evaporates quickly.

There are several distinctive smells that you get when you rubbed this onto your skin. The first and strongest smell is the alcohol. You smell this for maybe 10 seconds at the most, although much of the alcohol scent goes away as soon as the liquid evaporates from your skin. The scent smelled next was fruity and stays on the skin for hours after application. The third scent present is vaguely floral in nature and mixes with the fruity smell to ellicit a most enjoyable scent.

The smells present depend on the "scent" that your perfume is in. Those available are blue lotus, camu camu, pomegranate, mangosteen, acai and goji berry.

The product works best on a clean dry body and rolled onto the users pulse points. Pulse points are present on the inside of your wrists, ankles, back of knees, sides of the next and the middle of your chest. When this reviewer tried the perfume, there wasn't anything major going on so I didn't end up sweating much, if at all. For those that sweat more, it may need to be reapplied. The scent lasted for most of the day but if you want a stronger scent to linger on your skin, you can reapply it as needed.

The smells present will also vary according to your body chemistry. The pheremones given off from the perfume will also affect everyone differently. When you tire of the smell, simply wash it off with soap and water.

The perfume comes in a glass bottle covered almost completely with the Dona label. All of the Dona products have a lovely lace looking label that have different color backgrounds. The pheremone perfume has a red background. The company name as well as the "scent" and the product type are listed on the front of the bottle. Along with the ingredients on the back there are a few sentences that I have taken a picture of and it is shown below.

As with the entire Dona line there are pheremones present that are designed to attract others.

I am not a woman who likes a lot of perfumes or have ever worn a lot of them because of reactions that relatives have had to strong smells, but I find that this perfume is perfect for me. The strongest smell present in the bottle goes away very quickly and only leaves a light scent behind.

While my husband seems to smell the alcohol part of the perfume for a longer time than I do it doesn't seem to bother him at all. I have found that in the Dona line most of the products that I prefer are either in mangosteen or most often pomegranate. Those scents just seem to fit me better than the others.
