Spank, Soothe, and Sniff

From Doc Johnson comes as really interesting set of balms, the Black Rose Spank and Soothe. These balms are designed to amp up your spanking sessions. The Spank creme is applied right before play and is designed to provide a tingling sensation during spanking. The Soothe creme cools and soothes the skin afterward. Both have an amazing Passion Fruit scent that can increase your mood as well. The easy to use containers have plenty of product but are not cumbersome and can be traveled with.

Spank: Spank is the thicker of the two cremes. It is more like gel icing and is thick. This balm is a light pink and a solid balm. It feels sticky to the touch and also sticky when it is smoothed around. This does go away a bit with time, however. It requires soap and water to come off.

Soothe: This balm is much thinner and moves a lot easier. It's an opaque white and also resembles icing at first. It spreads easier than the Spank and rubs in quickly. Instantly the skin feels smoother. It doesn't feel sticky or greasy at all.

The product is infused with a passion fruit smell that smells good enough to taste! It's fruity and fresh. The smell is slightly different in the Soothe, but it's just as delicious all the same. It lingers on the skin and takes over an hour to fade away completely.

Don't eat this!

As intended, lather your butt up with some of the Spank balm. It can be incorporated into foreplay as it makes the curves glisten! Massage the balm in to the cheeks and wait just a little bit. A tingling sensation should be felt that can then be intensified by a good ol' spanking! Just because this is aimed at being used for your rump doesn't make that the only place it can be used on. You can use as much as you would like, but at least a nickle sized dollop is needed to have enough product.

After your spank session is done, then you can wash off the Spank balm and start another massage, this time with the Soothe cream. A lot less product is needed from this container to do the job. Instantly it will soothe and smooth the skin with a slight cooling and powdery finish.

This product comes in two separate plastic tubs with screw off tops. Each jar is 2 fluid ounces, and the jars are larger than they need to be. They have simple labels that make a good attempt at being discreet. The ingredients are listed on the sides of the jars. They slide into a nice cardboard box that is far less discreet, with images of a bare bum in a sex silhouette on them. No instructions are included.

Here is my subjective portion of the review...

I tried this three separate times, each time increasing the amount of Spank product that I applied. I also increased the amount of time I waited and the hardness of the spank session. The only thing that caused tingling was the spanking! I did not feel any tingle from this product. That does not mean that others will not be able to feel it, however.

The Soothe cream is great! It instantly makes the skin feel smooth and soothed, seriously. I've used it just for the hell of it on my arms and legs, too.

I can't give this kit five stars because of not being able to feel the tingle myself. If I were subjectively rating this, I'd give it a low 3 stars, but I'll give it 4 objectively. I'm docking it for the stickiness mostly.
