Stellina Perfume Oil

Would I buy this particular scent again? No, it isn't really my style or taste. Would I buy a Principessa Beauty product again? Absolutely- the packaging and product are high quality and worth the price, if you find a scent you love.
Travel friendly, beautiful packaing
Scent not exactly as described

useful review
Stellina perfume oil by Principessa Beauty came in a small pink tube box, about the size of a lipstick. Inside was the perfume vial, just as pictured in the product photos. The packaging is delicate and feminine, and also looks high quality. This makes for excellent gift giving.

The perfume oil rolls on. As it is a concentrated oil, a little goes a long way. The small plastic vial will last a long time, and is perfect for travel or throwing in a purse. The $34 price may seem expensive for the .2 fl oz, but this is potent stuff and should live up to its price, if you like the scent.

This product is not for consumption and does not have a pleasant taste. It figures into sexual experience only by adding scent, and I would only recommend applying it where you would normally apply a perfume, for example, not your sensitive lady bits.

Now, for the scent description. I ordered Stellina because I love tropical scents. The description from the manufacturer reads:

Stellina (starlet in Italian) is a tropical vacation in a bottle that reminds you of a lush garden stroll in paradise or a sun soaked beach. A citrus/floral blend that opens with notes of orange citrus and falls into a heart of rose and vanilla. Base notes of amber woods and musk complete this heavenly scent. This delectable, sultry bouquet is portable perfection.

My take: Think more along the lush garden stroll line than the sun-soaked beach. While it describes itself as a citrus/floral blend, it was a lot more heavy on the floral. I didn't catch the orange citrus over the heart of rose, and the vanilla is very faint. The amber woods and musk is quite strong. This is definitely sultry and musky, not the light tropical scent I was envisioning. If you like muskier florals, give this a shot. If you're looking for tropical citrus, move on.
I gave this product 4 stars- it is very luxurious and has high quality feeling, but I didn't love the scent and it didn't match the description.
Follow-up commentary
I just reapplied this perfume for the follow-up, but I have to say I have hardly worn it at all. The scent just isn't me. It is clean, but heavy - like a floral soap scent. I still really love the bottle and packaging though, so I think I'll toss it in my purse or glove compartment for occasional use.
