Dona Massage Oil has a pretty thin consistancy, thicker than water but thinner than baby oil. It feels silky to the touch, and a little greasy before it begins to absorb, but not in a bad way. It absorbs very quickly and I found myself having to reapply a couple times before I was finished giving my man a back rub. It's not sticky or tacky, but nice and smooth on skin. It left my husband's back looking a little bit shiny, but it didn't feel greasy or sticky to him.

Because it is thin, it will run down your body if you don't start rubbing it in right away, this photo was taken only a couple seconds after holding my hand upright with two drops of the oil:


The plastic bottle that the oil is in has a wonderful cap on it that makes dispensing a breeze! When open and held upside down, a little bit will start to pool around the opening, but it doesn't pour out like some other liquids. You have to give it a light squeeze before you'll get full droplets to come out.

We chose to purchase the Acai scent and boy was I pleased when it arrived and we opened it! It has a VERY strong fruity/berry smell to it, and filled the whole room with the seductive smell when I started massaging my husband. Before I could say anything he told me that it smelled so good he had to taste it. He did and said that it tasted as good as it smelled. I also gave it a very small taste and it does taste a little the way it smells, but I wouldn't recommend using it for anything other than external use, as it's not intended for consumption.

I gave my husband about a 30 minute massage and I had to reapply three or four times before I was finished. It absorbs very quickly, leaving only a little shine behind. We went to bed not long after his massage and he didn't feel the need to shower or clean it off. I used a wipe to remove the oil from my hands and it came off without an issue.

I was VERY excited to see that the oil didn't transfer from his back onto the sheets, but did notice that when I took my photos, it had dripped off from my hand onto the sheet and left an oil spot. If you're careful, you shouldn't have to worry about anything getting stained, especially coming off from the body.

When we woke up, the shine was totally gone and there was no evidence that his back had been covered in oil the night before. His back still had the light scent, but it wasn't obvious that the scent had come from the oil based on how his body looked.

The bottle was sent to me in a plastic bag that was closed with a simple knot tied in it. The bottle itself had a purple seal that broke when the bottle was opened. The product didn't leak but I was very pleased to see the extra plastic bag that surrounding it, just in case.

The bottle itself is discreet enough, especially if put with other bottles of products, but if picked up it's pretty obvious that it's a sensual massage oil (as it's stated as such right on the label).

The label on the bottle is mostly orange and very classy looking. It doesn't scream that it came from a sex toy site, which I appreciate about it. It has the ingredients on the side of the bottle in a black strip that read:

It is suitable for travel, though I would put it inside of a zip lock bag or something similar just in case it decides to leak when you're away. You don't want all of your things to get oily!

This bottle contains 4.25 fluid ounces, and while that might not seem like much, this oil is going to last a long time, a little goes a long way with this oil, even with the need to reapply.

I'm very pleased with this massage oil! This was our first purchase of a product like this and I think we chose well! It's been great for relaxing muscles, getting our hands all over each other, and has been a missing element to our foreplay.
