When I ordered this box, I made sure that I had read a few reviews as well as watch one or two. Now I know that the price is a little unexpected; I know I figured there MUST be something that makes it worth the price and figured I would go ahead and take the gamble.



Now when I first took a look at the box, I noticed that the outside edges do not close together completely. It would almost appear as though the lock itself causes the lid to bow, making the outside edges gap. The color is a very nice pinkish-purple, decorated with shiny texture and butterflies. I found that to be a pleasant surprise since the picture on the site looked much darker. The inside is a black vinyl lining on the top and bottom. The case itself is aluminum.



Attached to the handle of the toy box are a set of nicely laminated instructions for the locking and unlocking. I have to say that it was very easy; I am just worried one of these times it will break and then I will have a big problem since most of my "stash" is put away in there now. I had no trouble at all fitting everything down to my husbands Head Hancho at the very top. I am sure that there was no squish needed to close it but I would much rather have that on top than something hard.



I am sure that if this toy box needs clean-up at any time, a damp rag should do the trick. There was a small scratch on the front of the box; be careful if yours gets one as well. Being aluminum, the scratch is sharp and I found it the hard way.

I still like it, but I keep catching myself on the scratch that was mentioned before. I am considering contacting support, but have not decided. All in all, if it were not for that, I do very much like this case.
