JO H2O cool lubricant - cooling lubricant by System JO - review by Zombirella

System JO H2O cool lubricant is a cooling arousal, water based lubricant. It is meant to make your parts all cool and tingly when having sex or playing solo. You can use it vaginally and anally as well as apply it to your nipples for the cooling effect.

The ingredients in this lubricant consist of:
Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Propylene Glycol, Menthol, Purified Water

This lubricant is on the thicker scale when I think of other water based lubricants I have tried but it isn't thick enough to be compared with a gel. When I put a little on my thumb and touched my finger to it I got a little bit of stringy-ness going on with it.
It isn't runny and will stay where it is applied.
It also has a slick texture to it but when we used it for PIV intercourse it felt a bit sticky on my vagina when he would thrust against me and made that squishy sound.
It is easy to dispense with a slight squeeze of the bottle.
Normally with the lubes I've been using I don't feel the need to was off but I did with this.

I didn't taste it because it isn't intended to be an edible lubricant and doesn't have a specified flavor.
As for the smell, like a clean chemical smell. A sterilized smell, it reminded me of a doctor's office smell, if that makes sense? You really only smell it when you have it near your nose. It isn't horrible but not something I would want to sit around and smell all day. It isn't distracting either.

I wasn't sure about this but my fiance wanted to try it. I hated the KY cooling lubricant we tried so I was really wary of this stuff.
I don't know if it had to do with the amount he put on but while we were having sexy it just felt squishy/sticky outside of my vagina and that was a bit distracting.
It does cool and feels intense at first but calms down after a few minuets. It does have a tingling feeling to it which I didn't mind. I was afraid this stuff would burn like the KY but it didn't. It wasn't overpowering to the point of numbness which is a plus.
I felt the cooling effect the entire time and a little while afterwards inside my vagina but just very subtly.
We didn't have to stop to reapply the lubricant to keep things slick and gliding along nicely.
It will absorb into your skin and the cooling will eventually go away but you can wash it off with soap and water.

I can't make up my mind how I feel about it. I don't hate it but it isn't my favorite. I guess it is nice to have around for something different but this isn't a lube I want to use every time. I was afraid it would irritate me but it didn't.
