If you didn't figure it out, this is a gel that is designed to stave off ejaculation in males that feel like they need an extra edge. It aims to desensitize the penis head with the local, topical, anesthetic agent benzocaine. It can be used with condoms or as it is water based, but it is mainly for guys who get excited too quickly. Basically you rub it into the head of the penis and wait 10 minutes for the numbing to kick and hopefully you'll last longer.

This gel is not meant to be used as a lubricant, but rather applied and rubbed in well before the sex act. It is thick and gooey and looks like it might have a slightly gritty texture. Though when you rub it in it’s very smooth. Even though it’s fairly thick, it runs quite readily, I just kept thinking "goo." It squeezes right out of the tube like liquidy toothpaste and is easy to control and rub into the penis as instructed.

This lube actually smells pretty good. It's a fruity/minty scent that doesn't really match its color. It should not be tasted as it has a numbing agent in it. It even has a warning label on it so this is not meant for oral.

Basically after you rub the gel into the penis, it will absorb and slowly numb the nerves so that thrusting into a vagina will not be as overwhelming for you and let you keep at it longer. It says to wait 10 minutes but I recommend 15 and that you also wash off any residue before you have sex as it could numb your partner. For me I felt a strong tingling warm feeling in my penis almost like a menthol product would. It definitely numbed me, and you really only need a little for it to work. I could last much longer with this cream but I also felt very separated from the sex as if I was wearing a very thick condom. So if you're desperate from something, this will probably work. Otherwise I don't really recommend this.

It comes in a soft plastic tube with a screw on lid. It's simple but effective.
