The pink La Vie En Rose bustier is a lustworthy piece from Seven 'Til Midnight. As soon as I saw the package (a large, plastic bag with a hanger coming from the top and a piece of cardboard in the front with the stock photo), I couldn't wait to get this baby on! I didn't wait.

I immediately tried it on but it took several tries to get it right. I tried clasping the 20-or-more clasps before sliding it on over my head. I wouldn't suggest that. Then, I tried stepping into it--that didn't work out, either. Then I tried putting it on backwards, clasping, and turning it around. That worked like a charm!

A few things about this bustier: it has at least twenty clasps, if not more, to do up, so plan ahead and realize it's going to take awhile to get this gorgeous piece on. I also had a bit of trouble with the attached garters (which easily come off, if you'd prefer to strap on some different ones). The garters that come with it are pretty short. I'm five feet even, so if I say something is short, it's short! The cups are firm, and provide great support. I'm a 34B and they were slightly large on me, but not too large that it made it look funny or anything, and with a few small adjustments with the straps, they fit like a glove!

This beautiful piece conforms to your size, so if you're uncomfortable with your tummy, this unfortunately isn't the piece for you. Although it doesn't shape you, it clings, and therefore shows off your naturally gorgeous body.

The thong that comes with this piece is, like most accompanied undies, a little small. They are satiny smooth, and very, very cute, but I would suggest wearing these only when you're wearing the bustier, as they just wouldn't be comfortable for daily wear. I'm not much of a thong person, either.

To be honest, the whole package runs a little small, so if you're having doubts about a size, it wouldn't be a bad thing to go the next size up. I could have worn a medium quite easily, and I'm a very small person, around 125 pounds with a slight tummy and small breasts.

As for washing, I honestly wouldn't suggest washing this piece. Water or detergent seems like it may ruin the material, even if it is built very nicely. However, if you find yourself needing to, I would go with handwashing, or maybe toss it in a lingerie bag and give it a very light wash by itself.

My husband could NOT stop talking about how gorgeous I was wearing this piece! I believed him. I felt so incredibly sexy in this bustier. It is definitely my favorite thing in my closet right now. I did a little bit of flirting, sat on his lap and buttered him up, and then we went to the bedroom. This piece moved a bit during sex, but other than that, it stayed in place, garters and all, the entire time I was walking around with it on.

After some rough play, I'm happy to say that this bustier is still standing strong. I've even gotten quicker at doing up the 20-or-more snaps in the back. I would still recommend this piece to anyone looking for a cheap, yet durable, and slimming piece of lingerie.
