The Pink daisy lace babydoll set by Coquette is a good choice to those who are just starting out with lingerie, have body qualms, or those who want to leave more to the imagination.

It arrived for me in a clear plastic slip, which was easy to remove my garment from. It had a hanger with the matching black thong attached. Upon first glance, I was happy with my new lingerie, like I always expect from a high quality company like Coquette.

The baby pink bra portion of this babydoll is made from a non irritating, soft lace. I considered this a major plus, seeing as the lace is seethrough and shows nipples very well. The lace has a cute floral design on it. In the center of the bra portion sits a feminine black bow, and a metal pair of lips, much like the kind one would find on a charm bracelet. Cups of ths babydoll are underwire, so larger breasts will be supported. I have small breasts, and this underwire gave me minimal lift. The straps of the babydoll are supportive, but those who are larger than a C cup may want to think twice about this babydoll. Though the straps are adjustable and can fit a range of heights, they may not support the mammary gifted! Once again, 2 black bows sit at the beginning of the staps near the underarm. They are not irritating to the skin.






The bottom portion of the babydoll is made of 80% nylon and 20% lycra. I was amazed at the silkiness of this fabric, and it is so comfortable that I always want to sleep in it. Because of it consisting of these materials, it stays cool to the touch and is very breatheable. I would describe this as a semi-opaque fabric, because if it is held up to light, you can see your hand through it. This is not a problem for those who are hiding a tummy, however. You will not be able to see through this unless you are directly shining light on yourself. The edge of the babydoll is boarded by a cute pink stitching, which matches the shade of pink on the top of the babydoll.




Closure of this babydoll is a simple bra backing, with 2 fish and eye hooks to close. It is easy to put on and remove by yourself. There is a small keyhole opening for added flirtiness underneath the closure of the babydoll.

The thong included did not fit me, (too large) despite the babydoll fitting like a dream. The thong is silky smooth; the same fabric as the bottom portion of the babydoll.

Washing this piece should be in cold water, by hand, and hanged to dry. Do not machine wash or machine dry! This garment does wrinkle if stuffed away in a drawer, but soaking in water and hanging to dry fixes this.

Although Coquette is not an inexpensive company, the price is justified by their quality pieces. This babydoll did not let me down in any way. I would recommend this for a romantic surprise for your partner, as it is innocent yet daring with its peekaboo bra portion. It is a pleasure to own, and I will continue to shop Coquette.

I still love my Pink daisy lace babydoll. I recently had it tucked away in a small space, and discovered it completely wrinkled when taking it out. Because this piece cannot be machine dried, you may remove wrinkles in this fabric by steaming it in a hot bathroom while the shower is running. :) My pink daisy lace babydoll is well loved!
