I was a little iffy when first ordering this outfit. I've had some problems when I've ordered things from DreamGirl in the past, but I have to say, I'm actually very happy with this set. Sure, the accessories aren't the best, but the actual dress is fantastic, and the accessories weren't even as bad as some other ones I've gotten from this company.

This outfit is perfect for anyone that has a nurse fetish. It's very sexy, and very comfortable to wear. If you get a pair of stockings and sexy heels, this outfit is perfect. You may want to toss a couple of the accessories though.

I ordered this in the 3/4x size. I usually wear about a size 20 in pants and dresses, and a 2-3x in shirts and lingerie. The dress fit me wonderfully. One cool thing about the dress, is that it has laces in the front and back that are weaved into the dress. This is great because you can pull the strings and it makes the dress slightly shorter. When I have the strings normal, the dress goes a little higher than mid-thigh. Pulling the ribbons makes the dress scrunch up an extra two inches or so. And even ruffled up, it doesn't look bad.

The dress itself looks like your typical sexy nurse outfit. It's white with red trim. The top around the breasts has a corset kind of look to it, with laces that show quite a bit of cleavage. There's no boob support with this dress, so some may want to wear a bra with it. The sleeves of the dress are red with a little white cross on them. Then on each side of the front and back are the ribbons that can scrunch up the dress. These can be tied into bows, to keep the dress at the height you want. On the back of the dress is a big ruffled bunch of fabric that starts at mid-back and flares out down to the bottom of the dress.

Material/Care& Maintenance
The dress is made from polyester. It's got some stretch to it, which is nice for bigger people. It is a little bit scratchy though, so some may find it uncomfortable. The dress can be washed in cold, or slightly warm water. I'd personally throw it in the washer, but some may want to hand wash this.

Accessories
Like most DreamGirl costumes, this toy comes with accessories. This set includes an apron, a stethoscope, a name tag, and a hat. The apron is made of the same material as the dress, with red ribbon to tie it. It has a frilled edge, and in the middle is a red heart with a white cross. The hat is almost exactly the same. It's supposed to be tied around your head. I can't figure it out. The name tag is just a pin with the words "Juana B. Sedated". I personally think it's a little tacky. The stethoscope was falling apart when I got this. You'd be much better off buying a cheap doctors set for kids, to go with the dress and apron.

I had some bad experiences with outfits from DreamGirl before, but this outfit made me like them a little bit more. The dress fits how it should, and I have no complaints with that. Sure the accessories aren't great, but I might even consider picking up some cheap fake medical supplies to use with this. I went to vet tech school, so I even have a stethoscope I can use.

I still really like this outfit. I got rid of a couple of the accessories, but I'm still very happy with the actual dress. It's in really great shape still. I don't wear it very much, but it's fun on occasion.
