Nurse Juana B. Sedated - sexy costume by DreamGirl - review by oldman

I've always had this "thing" for nurses. What do you think goes on during quiet times on the night shift? I asked the Mrs., who is a real live nurse, and her response was, "We work you Bozo. We work." I should have known...there went my fantasy out the window. But, in came this Juana B. Sedated outfit and I perked right up. It's a good thing the Mrs. doesn't work anymore so I could have her test this out immediately.

It comes folded in a heavy plastic bag with an attached hook to hang it on a peg. It reminded me of the Halloween costumes that pop up every year and then get discounted after all the candy and parties have gone. It sat on the table for a few days and finally the Mrs. took it out of the package and put it on for me. I was very happy when I saw the outfit modeled.

It is not what I would describe as "hot and sexy" or top quality. Both the red and white material are 100% polyester. It is not very soft and could be described as scratchy. It has some stretch to it, but it is generously cut and the Mrs. fit well into the dress. If there is no extra room it will stretch up a size, but it will hug all your curves, and if you are like the Mrs., your body is a no clingy fabric zone.

The outfit comes with a dress, a tiny apron (8" X 6" with 70" of 1.3" red ribbon to tie around your waist)that can double as a "Tarzan" wrap for me, a faux stethascope, and a small nurse' cap that can tie around your head. The cap is not a cap, it is just a rectangular piece of white fabric with a red cross on it. You can tie it on and it will stay in place. The stethascope is remarkably realistic looking. My hands down favorite accessory to this outfit is the plastic name pin that says, "Nurse Juana B. Sedated". I have suggested to Juana that she change her name to "Nurse Juana B. Seduced", but she ignored me. You must love that!!!

The dress (size 1X/2X) measures 47" across the bottom; at 12" below the seam where the sleeve and dress meet it measures 22". The Mrs. now wears a size 14 and is 63" tall. The dress, from the armpit to the hem, is 25" long and hits her just above the knee--a very respectable length. There are 2 red stripes off to each side of the dress that have ribbon inside and you can tug on the ribbon to sort of pull up the hem so you can control the length. The sleeves have a 2" inseam under the arm with a red cuff. The Mrs. says they could be longer and looser. In the back, there is a deep "V" and in the front there is a deep "U" neckline with some criss-cross straps. A small amount of cleavage pokes through the front. Most regular bras can be worn with this dress and make the fit of it look much better than without underwear.

Another favorite of mine is the back of the dress. In the middle, starting right above her butt crack, are 10 progressively longer rows of red ruffles. It is really attractive and accentuates her bottom. If you are flat, this will give the illusion of a Beyonce butt. Trust me on this point. No G-string, thong or panty comes with this outfit.

Wearing this non-sheer outfit is very comfortable, particularly since you can wear your everyday undergarments for support. It is cute for the bedroom if your partner has a nurse fetish but I do not see the Mrs. wearing it to surprise and turn me on. There are no panties included--any white pantys (G-string, thong) would work best because if you choose a color, it will be seen through the outfit.

It will be worn on Halloween. I have a sister who has a Halloween party every year. This is cute and modest enough to be worn out and about. I have no hesitation with her wanting to wear this to a party. I think because she is a nurse, and the cutsie name tag (Nurse Juana B Sedated) will be a hit. I'll probably wear some scrubs so that we match!

Other than the sleeves being a tad too snug (not tight, but not enough extra room) this is loose and flowy. Even though it is loose, be aware that it is a clingy material. It can be worn to sleep in and will be comfortable. It isn't something that I would call sexy lingerie, but it could be a fetish item. Personally, for close to the same money, I'd go to a uniform shop and buy the real thing. You won't get the accessories, but the outfit will be sexier and more realistic. This is best for a costume party.

This hasn't gotten any sexier, but it is still a fun outfit. We are happy it can be worn in public places because it will be a hit at my sister's Halloween party! It is very study and should last for several Halloweens.
