Nude four-way convertible bra - bra discontinued by Baci - review by kitty377

Overview: I ordered 3 of Baci's bras (you can check out my other reviews too: Leopard four-way deep-v push up bra and Black maximum cleavage bra). This bra is by-far my favorite out of the three. It is convertible so I can wear it many different ways and it is nude so I can wear it under light colored shirts without it being seen.

There are a few aspects of this bra that I do not like, for example the craftsmanship is not perfect. There are loose strings in some spots and the elastic has not held up very well. Also at some seams there are raw edges of fabric poking out (these raw edges of fabric look like they were supposed to be sewn into the seam out of sight but instead were pulled too far and are coming out of the other side of the seam). I use this bra multiple times a week because it is so comfy and works under so many tops.

Material/Design: This Nude Four-way convertible bra by Baci is made from 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex. The way it is designed is very unique and I have never seen a bra quite like this one before. The front part of the bra is made to look like one continuous piece. The cups are lightly padded and have underwire. The surrounding fabric also has padding. This padding is slightly different from the cups which feel like "typical bra padding" it has more of a thin foam feeling. It is not shaped or firm like the cups.

Where the front section ends and the two respective side/back pieces begin there are small pieces of thin plastic boning sewn in for extra support. These two pieces of boning really help for fit when you wear the bra as a strapless piece. Where as the front part of the bra is supported by the foam padding the side/back sections are supported by top and bottom bands of elastic. I have had this bra for about 3 months and the elastic looks like is has seen better days. It looks stretched out and kind of bunched up. There is also a strip of sticky clear material on the back of the elastic sections meant to keep the bra up.

The closure of the bra are basic hook and eye strips. There are three rows of 2 hook/eye options. So you can choose between 3 different tightnesses. The straps of the bra are removable and adjustable. You can wear this bra 4 different ways according to the title. I actually have found one more way to wear it: Strapless, racerback, normal, halter style, and with just one strap for those one shoulder tops.

Sizing: I think the most alluring aspect of this bra on the Eden Fantasys web site are the size options! Instead of a lot of lingerie on EF that has the S/M/L option these bras by Baci come in 32A to 36DD!! I love that they have my small size of a 32A because most of the other lingerie I have purchased from EF has had sizing problems for me (the cups are always too big!). I feel that sizing wise I should only speak for A-cups such as myself since I know bras work different for various sizes. For an A-cup this bra gives plenty of support. It stays up very well when worn in the strapless style. My breast fill the cups but are not overflowing. This bra fits true to size for an A-cup.

Care: The tag on the Baci Nude convertible four way bra says to hand wash warm, do not bleach, wash colors separately, and line dry. Ideally I wash my bras and lace panties in the sink using warm water and delicates detergent. But, since I am a busy college student this is not always an option. When I wash in the washer I put this bra in with all my other clothes (including colors) and wash on a normal setting. I never put bras in the dryer, I always hang them up to dry.

Packaging: My bra came wrapped up in Baci tissue paper and the tissue covered bra was sealed up in clear cellophane. If I remember correctly there was also a nice little tag attached to the bra with some photos of the model wearing the bra a few different ways.

This bra has become my go-to for the majority of my outfits. I use it all the time. Although the style isn't beautiful it is mega comfy and that is what I care about most for everyday use. It is so versatile and makes it easy and comfortable to wear all sorts of shirts and dresses.

Sadly, this bra broke after a month or two. I was so sad because I really liked the bra and wore it all the time. The underwire broke through and as soon as this happens I just throw away the bra. It happens to all of them, even the $60 ones from Victoria's Secret. It doesn't matter if the bra is $10 or a $100, it happens eventually.

I am so gentle with my bras and hand wash them in the sink! Somehow I have never had a good bra that I liked last more than a year. I chose the "I don't like it anymore" since it broke a little quicker than other bras. But, I will still suggest this bra since I did like it so much while it lasted. I can only vouch for small busted people but this bra is comfy.
