Enchanted forest open-back chemise - chemise discontinued by Escante - review by carebear712

I had received the Escante Enchanted Babydoll for my first EF review, and I LOVED it! So I just had to get this Enchanted Forest open-back Chemise. Unfortunately I wasn’t quite as happy with this one; but don’t get me wrong, I do still like this set, especially the chemise.

The first thing I noticed was that the g-string thong that comes with this one is just a plain black mesh unlike the one that came with the babydoll which is mostly made of the same satiny green material that make these pieces so pretty.

I love the open back chemise! It is so beautiful, like the babydoll. The black areas are see-thru mesh, which does wrap around your lower back and covers most of your butt. The top part is a lot like a bra and hooks around you in the back. The cup areas of the bra part are covered in the satiny green material. There is a black lace that runs across the top of the cups, and a little black bow on each bra strap. The satiny green material also extends down the whole front as two strips that run vertically down from the bra area. In between the green strips that run down the front is a part that has the black mesh with a ribbon that laces the front up loosely and ties in a bow at the top under the bra area. Around the bottom there are ruffles made of the black mesh and the satiny green material. The part in the back that covers your bum also has a cute area that has a ribbon that laces up and there is a little bow at the top. If any of this description is unclear, I apologize, but this is also why I include pictures so you can somewhat see for yourself what I am talking about.

It was a little hard for me to get on, but once it is on it fits good so it is true to size. The bra part has adjustable straps and 3 different closures in the back, but otherwise it is not really adjustable. Also the cups are not very big so I feel that it would be hard for them to contain a larger breasted woman. It was made in Mexico, but seems well made and like it will last awhile. The tag states the body is made of 91% nylon and 9% elastane and the insert is 90% nylon and 10% elastane. As with most lingerie this should be hand washed in cold water, do not wring or twist it, and iron on low temp if necessary.

I love the color and feel of this lingerie. I don't have to worry about it getting worn out or anything since it seems well made. All around a great buy.
