Better than a long stemmed rose.

This is a great toy for someone who might find traditional toys intimidating and holding a bullet vibe uncomfortable. It's also great for couples looking for stimulation during partner sex. I wish it was waterproof, but hey ho.
-silicone rose makes for easier sterilization
-easy to use button
-flexible stem for shaping
-water resistant, not waterproof
-unable to stand on the vase bit

"A rose by any other name" might smell as sweet, but will it pleasure in the same way?

Roses are pretty standard symbols of romance, but I've always preferred thorns. Flogging my girlfriend one year for Valentine's with long stemmed thorn-covered roses was pretty sweet and memorable. But not every girl enjoys that sort of thing. So a vibrating rose is a good way of being both romantic and suggestive.

But novelty vibrators are always a bit risky since gimmicks don't always make for effective sex toys. I've had one or two that looked pretty or cute or amusing but didn't follow that up with a useful toy. I've noticed that often to be true with vibrators, so I was hesitant to be too exited by it, just in case it didn't measure up.

This rose, on the other hand, is pretty and function, to my delight- the rosebud itself is made of a velvety silicone. The stem is however, is a bendable plastic, making this an ideal toy for someone with disabilities or wrist issues, since you can adjust it to fit your needs- though also making this toy best used externally. I liked it on my clit, though my boyfriend quite enjoyed it around his anus and balls- after we wrapped it in a condom, of course. The vase bit makes it easy to hold onto, especially as the vibration is all in the rosebud.

The bendable stem also makes it useful for partner sex, as it's got a long reach! As someone who often gets their hands pretty slippery during play, I found the push-button on the bottom to be ideal for cruising through the different modes; three speeds and seven vibration patterns. The battery bit was easy to get into, which is important as well.

It doesn't stand up on the vase, though, which doesn't matter as toys go but would've been kind of fun for display!

You can sterilize the rose bit but I wouldn't boil it (kind of obviously) because I don't think the stem would hold up to it. Wipes are probably a better idea.
Follow-up commentary
I still find this toy to be one of the best for reaching hard-to-access pink bits when playing with a partner. Cleaning it has been easy and it looks lovely still. I definitely recommend it for people who have hand/wrist issues.
