This is a good beginner's vibrator. It has three speeds and the button on the bottom makes them easily changeable when the toy is inside you. I found the lowest vibration setting to be too intense for a starting point; I would prefer a lower beginning setting to warm myself up. I also rarely use the highest setting because of its intensity, but the three speeds offer good variability. It is not very loud, but on the highest setting it may be heard by someone in the same room.

The butterfly is in the perfect position for clit stimulation, which is definitely where I felt the most stimulation and is the main reason why I use this toy.
