I was excited to see a new package from Eden Fantasies when I woke up today. I quickly tore open the box and ripped my Shiny G out of the package. I examined it and loved what I saw; a pretty iridescent sheen, a silky smooth finish, and a clit stimulating ring. I cleaned it carefully and got right to work.

I inserted two AAA batteries and turned on the Shiny G. I was amazed by how quiet the vibrations were. It claims to be multi-speed, but at first I had a hard time figuring out how to adjust the settings. I thought that I had received a faulty model! The dial blends almost seamlessly into the cap, but after playing with it for a few minutes I was able to adjust the strength of the vibe.

It went from "I guess that could work", to "Oh my god!" The vibrations are centralized at the tip of the vibrator, but they can be felt down the shaft as well. Slipping the clitoris stimulator on to the shaft was effortless. It stretches easily but isn't too loose so that it will slip (not yet at least).

I applied a moderate amount of lube and began to play. First, I tried it as a clit vibrator. The highest setting was a little extreme for clit play, but it works well if you turn it down to half speed. I quickly achieved an orgasm with the Shiny G placed on my clitoris.

After I was satisfied there, I slid the Shiny G into my vagina and immediately found my G spot. It took a little trial-and-error to find the perfect setting for me to reach ultimate pleasure. The clit stimulator really didn't do much for me. I expected it to transfer some of the vibrations to my clitoris, but I was unable to feel any. Eventually, I just removed it from the Shiny G because it got in the way more than it helped.

I've noticed that the silky smooth finish that I was impressed with at first sight seems to be a bit more of a con than a pro. It becomes extremely slippery when wet, and tends to slip out of my hand (and sometimes my vagina) at the most inopportune moments which makes having an orgasm a bit difficult at first. I was finally able to gain control over the Shiny G and keep a firm grasp on the slippery little demon. I achieved an intense G Spot orgasm, but it took so much effort to get there that I really don't know if it was worth the time involved.

I have mixed feelings about this toy. Although I enjoyed the feel and strength of the vibrations, the overall difficulty of this product left something to be desired. I will definitely continue to use it, but it will not be my go-to toy when I need an orgasm. It's fun to play with, but for future use, I plan on using it to get me started, then swap to a different toy to finish the job.
