The Rock Chick is a dual stimulation toy. One side can be inserted in the vagina and the nub on the end provides G-spot stimulation. The top part rests across the clit and vulva and contains the bullet vibrator. Not everyone has the same luck with the Rock Chick, and because it isn't adjustable, it is luck of the draw as to whether it will line up with your anatomy. However, if it works for you, it works well, and the ability to get subtle movement by rocking on the toy makes it ingenious and fun to play with. It can be used solo or with a partner, but it really shines during solo play as it ends up mimicking the best sensations that come with partner sex.

The Rock Chick is made out of pure, high quality medical silicone. It has a velvety smooth peach-skin texture. This texture provides some pleasant friction but does not drag on the skin. The toy is odorless and tasteless, and the silicone has a slight give to it but is relatively dense and firm. You won't get too much flexibility or movement in this product.

The shape is what makes this toy shine for some (me!) and hated by others. Of course, I can only testify to my own experience. I find that it perfectly lines up with my G-spot, and that it is the right thickness and length in the insertable end. The external portion has pleasing texture that I can really feel as it rubs against me. This is not a dainty, gentle approach. The ribbing and the thickness of the external portion almost guarantee that they will find your clit as there is a large surface area. For some, the directness or force of the clit stimulation may be too much though.

Design-wise, the toy is not really discreet; although, it is a non-traditional shape so it might not immediately scream vibrator. The vibration is powered by a simple bullet that removable from the toy. These are not very loud, and it is further muted by being inserted in the silicone. Not very noisy overall.

The vibrator is the only real control that has to be dealt with on this toy. It just has an on and off button. You don't get options on speed or style of vibration. It is not very strong vibration by the time it conducts through the silicone. Ultimately, the toy is more "about" thrusting and rocking. This is where it really shines and allows you to mechanically stimulate yourself.

Laying on my back, I can insert the Rock Chick and place my palm over the part of the toy that remains outside of me. Fairly small movements sliding it back and forth create a pleasing thrusting sensation. A lot happens here with relative economy of movement. The other way to use the toy is sitting up and rocking or grinding against an object like the edge of your bed or a pillow. If humping a pillow sounds distasteful to you, well, don't knock it until you've tried it with the Rock Chick! I make good use of a Liberator Wedge in these moments but a cylindrical pillow would probably work even better.

Like all silicone toys, the Rock Chick is one of the safest materials available. It can be cleaned with soap and hot water, or it can be boiled or sprayed with a 10% bleach solution to sterilize it. This item can be shared between partners as long as it is fully sterilized first. Do not use silicone lube on this toy!

Because of the velvety finish, the Rock Chick does not attract lint as badly as more slick silicone textures. However, it does still attract its fair share. I store mine in a plastic baggie, but it can also be stored in a fabric lint-free bag.
