Coochy protection by Holiday Products

I shave. I've always been a shaver, while there have been times I've let myself go I always find myself slipping back into the shower with razor in hand.

When I shave I like a smooth shave and for that I've always used Coochy creme. It has offered what other lotions, creams, and foams have not; a close shave with minimal irritation and zero bumps. I was thrilled when I realized Coochy had an aftershave mist, it was like coffee and cakes after dinner. I always find myself spraying away with body mist after a shower when I have plans that night or just because I want something extra to make me feel pretty so buying this came naturally.

Most mists I have feel watery and runny, Coochy Mist feels like a light massage oil (it contains lavender oil). It's a little thick but it's not greasy which is a huge plus when finding a mist of this consistency. The only spray I can compare it to is Avon Skin So Soft when it comes to the texture and thickness. The great thing is that you can tilt the bottle any which way to spray it; upside down, to the left or right, whichever way you can imagine without the worry of it clogging up or going everywhere. The bottle promises that it's a 360 degree sprayer and it most certainly delivers on that promise.

Some of the ingredients include: Cucumber, Licorice, Lavender, Raspberry, and Sage. It smells sweet, slightly fruity but almost musky. It's feminine, the way you'd want it to smell when spraying it on your most delicate of areas. I've tried a few body mists that are just obnoxiously odoriferous and perfumey but the smell of the Coochy After Shave Protection Mist is frankly simple and light. It smells fresh and clean and isn't that how you want to smell after a shower?

It's intention is to leave a protective barrier between your skin and your clothing. As it's a light oil when rubbed in it almost puts a thin coat over your skin leaving it feeling supple and soft. I easily became addicted rubbing this spray on the outside of my lips and on the inside of my thighs. You don't have to rub though, you can hold the bottle further back and let it just mist over your skin, the further back you spray the less work you have to do. After I let it dry I didn't feel my underwear clinging to my body, sometimes after shaving I get that annoying feeling of fabric rubbing against my sensitive skin, I never experienced that with this spray as it helped to tighten pores to prevent irritation.

As shaving should be a pleasant experience, the days after should be just as pleasant. Coochy After Shave Protection Mist is something I'm surprised I could live without for so long. It's become one of my many daily maintenance products and has certainly earned it's place amongst the rest. It leaves me feeling clean, fresh, and smooth all day- exactly the way I should feel after I shave.

For a review written a year ago I'm amazed to say that I still have this same bottle, that it has lasted this long, and that the contents are still as potent/active as they were on the day I first sprayed it.

This is and always will be a MUST for me whenever I shave my pubic area and occasionally when I shave my armpits. I have yet to find a lotion, cream, or spray that can do what Coochy Protection can- it leaves me feeling clean and my skin feeling absolutely silky and supple.
