My caution with the tweezer-style clamps is that unless you glue on the tips, you can wind up with a painful surprise on your nipples when the rubber slips off. Some of them are quite sharp.

These were my first clamps. They are adjustable which is great to start with and the rubber is really comfortable. They do pinch, that is what nipple clamps are supposed to do, but they aren't super painful.

From what I've heard, you definitely want to go with ones that are adjustable and have rubber tips/some sort of slight padding on the tips.
