Some men enjoy being fingered, this includes straight men. The enjoyment of receiving anal play is not a reflection of their actual sexuality. A few of my male friends have talked about enjoying prostate stimulation during either masturbation or during sex. I would tell her to discuss this with her partner in an open manner, since from your post it seems as if he is already receptive to the idea he could perhaps tell her exactly what he enjoys.

This actually becoming a pretty normal, or a least much more talked about, activity between straight couples. I would encourage your friend to give it a shot, trying new things can be very fun and pleasurable for both people involved. You can tell her there are a lot or nerve ending in the anus/rectum area. She can google anal rectum nerve endings and find out for herself. If she is into giving him oral, she can finger him then. Straight men also can enjoy stimulation back there. Best to use some lube and have trimmed finger nails.
