I love the look, but not for myself. I think I'm both afraid of the pain but also I just don't care enough about my nipples to seek enhancement. I never touch them for myself, even though I like my breasts in general.

I don't have them and am not looking to get them done (my skin doesn't take kindly to piercings), my woman doesn't have them (though I think they are on the long list of piercings she wants someday).
I love the way they look on women. Don't think I've seen a set of pierced nipples on a woman that looks bad (I'm thankful I haven't because I'm sure it's possible). I personally think guys look silly with them but at the same time am impressed when a guy has the balls to do so.

I have a high pain tolerance but for some reason this sounds SO painful! I don't think I could do it. My ex had his done and while it was fun to play with, he said it didn't really add anything for him sexually. He wound up having to take them out due to his job and that left him with HUGE spots on his nipples where they used to be.

My nipples are way too sensitive to get them pierced. I don't think they look very good most of the time, but I don't really care one way or the other.
