I have no problem with sex while my wife is on her period. When the flow is heavy she doesn't want to, but when the flow is light we're all for it. And it does seem to help her cramps a lot.

I put no, but I have before. It just isn't my favorite. I experience moderate to heavy flows with cramps, so it's really just not very fun. Also. it's messy and my bed spread is white and I'm paranoid... :3
