I used to not like balls on dildos but I've since gotten one with balls and don't mind it at all. I'd get more that had balls but it's not a preference to have them or not. I just wouldn't want them to get in the way.

I sort of like balls on my toys like the O2 Max and the VixSkin Johnny as they make a good base, but they also make the toys bulky when trying to store, and that's an inconvenience for me.

The dildos that catch my eye, don't have balls. I like to sit down a dildo, completely. I could see how the balls could be like a handle or a safety net for anal play, though.

I'd rather have them, it makes them look more real and also makes a good base if the toy doesn't have a suction cup

I like a big base or big balls. It doesn't have to be realistic, but something at the base gives me more stimulation for solo play

I think it depends on what you are using it for, if you want to use it in a harness then it can't really have them and still work as well as a flared base but if you are going solo you might want them to hold on to.
