Not sure. They have "regular" and "softskin" silicone but don't specifically say dual density.

Sinclair Sexsmith reviewed the softskin Talula (link) and said that it was softer than regular silicone but not as fleshy as VixSkin. Still functional for fucking, so it's gotta be harder than the VIP Supersoft. I'm totally in love with the angle- looks awesome for g-spotting.
