I recently read this article and the whole time I was thinking "yes, of course, now I understand exactly why what works for me, works for me! ".....interesting, huh?
Tongue tickler – clitoral vibrator Would like to know what some people think about this product? would you ever get this product? Consider it? or think that it is a waste to get?
Wow, just WOW. And I love the video of the drawing by Betty Dodson at the end. She's one of my favorite people. I love the podcasts she and Carlin Ross do on their website. She's just phenomenal!
What is almost more fascinating, and troubling, than the info itself is how long it's taken for this knowledge to be available! It really illustrates our society's view on women's sexuality and on sex for pleasure. Of course, because the penis is vital to a man's bodily functions (urination) and procreation (erection is generally necessary to achieve reproduction), the research is necessary. The clitoris is perhaps the most remarkable and fascinating human organ but it's sole purpose is pleasure. It is not essential for a woman to achieve clitoral erection to conceive a child nor is it part of her urinary or other bodily functions so it is unimportant to medical research. The fact that it is unique among all other human organs seems like it would be enough to warrant investigation. The fact that clitorises have long been the targets of gruesome, violent and terrible mutilation and sometimes unfortunately affected by injury or as a casualty of medical care for more "important" things should have made research, especially about restoration, not only interesting but necessary. But centuries of repression, shame and misunderstanding have lead us here. It's good to see this type of information come to light now, but what else have our attitudes about sexuality and, specifically women's sexuality, especially regarding sex for pleasure, left us in the dark about?

This is an amazingly informative article. Thank you very, very much for posting this link.
I'm so glad people are enjoying it. After reading it I sat thinking some of the same things mentioned here. How can this not be common knowledge? How can society care so little about it? It seems so wrong.
